Bachelor thesis is focused on motivation and communication of-A hockey team HC Dukla Jihlava. It analyzes the operation of the team and tries to find solutions for better, faster and easier communication. It evaluates the current situation and proposes a mor effective system of motivation so the team can better realize company objectives.
Teamwork and application of equal opportunities in construction engineering

In the Bachelor thesis is concerned with the team collaboration and exercise the equality of opportunities in the construction industry. In the theoretical part I defined the terms in the field of construction industry, strangeness and importance of managerial work, team collaboration and exercise the equality of opportunities. In the practical part I based on four hypotheses, which I investigate using a questionnaire. At the end of the work I draw the conclusions of my hypotheses, whether they were confirmed or refuted.
Increasing of Effectiveness in a Team

The objective of this Master´s thesis named "Increasing the effectiveness in a team" is an assessment of teamwork and team roles in the cast. In the theoretical part are defined team roles, which are an integral part of corporate culture and business organizations. In the analytical part are evaluated using the survey from any role in the team. At the end of thesis you can find specific measures of team roles and personnel changes are proposed in the organization of the company.

Implementation of the Man and Nature in the SEP of Grammar Schools from the perspective of manager

Final thesis analyzes some managerial skills SEP coordinators in the implementation of the Man and Nature to School Education Programmes. Verifies whether and to what extent the targeted use of managerial skills coordinators SEP especially from the perspective of communication. The work is based on the management theory of leadership. It uses the theoretical knowledge of the process of creation and effective functioning team. Another starting point for the documents related to curriculum reform in secondary schools in the Czech Republic. With the help of controlled structured interviews and additional survey was able to chart above issues and show some "best practices" applicable in other schools. Typology of team roles

This thesis deals with concepts of current team roles, personal dispositions and stages of teamwork development, which in theory are often thought to be related. There have been formed different typologies and categorisations of team roles, personality types and stages of teamwork. In most cases there was also designed an instrument, which is used to detect the current team role, personality type or stage of team development within a team or group analysis. These instruments are then used in teambuilding and to increase the effectiveness of teamwork. But their application and results bring different information. This work compares five instruments of team analysis, their application, validity, administration and connections. Final findings summarize, if these instruments are compatible, complementary or contradictory. The conclusions also show, if these instruments are subjectively assessed as appropriate and whether the instruments are able to detect team role, personal dispositions and stage of team development. Subjectively assessed as the best instruments for team analysis were showed Bělohlávek team roles test and MBTI personality type test, the higher level of their connection also highlights the link between current team roles and personality dispositions, as expected.
Team Roles of the Pupils Team of FK Motorlet Praha

ANOTATION Diploma thesis name: Team roles in the youth team at the FK Motorlet Praha, s.r.o. football club. . Objectives: First goal of the thesis is to find within the youth team at the FK Motorlet Praha, s.r.o. football club particular team roles and assess their importance for the team and find out which role holds each player. Second goal is to examine common relations between particular team members and on the basis of such an examination to find out if there is any way how to increase and improve the efficiency of the team's cooperation. Method: Structured non-participant observation was used to observe the team under examination. All team members were asked to answer questions from the Belbin test. Relations between team members were detected by sociometric test. By using a non-standardised interview with head coach, results of the previous observation and interview were used. Results: Observation results indicate how particular team members behave in certain situations. Interview results show how team members assess themselves while fulfiling certain tasks. Finally sociometric test result indicates common relations between particular members of the team under review. Key words: Team, team role, team-building, Belbin test, sociometric test.
