Tato práce se zabývá pojmy aktuální týmové role, osobnostních dispozic a fází vývoje týmu, které jsou v teorii často dávány do souvislosti. Existují jejich různé typologie a kategorizace. Ve většině případů byl také navržen nástroj, který slouží k odhalování aktuální týmové role, osobnostních dispozic nebo fáze vývoje týmu v rámci týmové nebo skupinové analýzy. Tyto nástroje jsou poté využívány při sestavování týmů nebo zvýšení efektivity týmové práce. Jejich aplikace a výsledky však přináší různorodé informace. Tato práce srovnává pět nástrojů týmové analýzy, jejich aplikaci, validitu, administraci a souvislosti. Závěrečná zjištění pak shrnují, zda jsou tyto nástroje kompatibilní, komplementární nebo si odporují. Dále bylo zjištěno, nakolik jsou tyto nástroje subjektivně hodnoceny jako odpovídající a zda jsou schopny odhalit týmovou roli, osobnostní dispozice a fázi vývoje týmu. Jako nejlépe subjektivně hodnocené nástroje při zkoumání týmu se ukázaly Bělohlávkův test týmových rolí a test osobnostních typů MBTI, jejichž vyšší míra souvislosti také poukazuje na souvislost aktuální týmové role a osobnostních dispozic, jak bylo předpokládáno. This thesis deals with concepts of current team roles, personal dispositions and stages of teamwork development, which in theory are often thought to be related. There have been formed different typologies and categorisations of team roles, personality types and stages of teamwork. In most cases there was also designed an instrument, which is used to detect the current team role, personality type or stage of team development within a team or group analysis. These instruments are then used in teambuilding and to increase the effectiveness of teamwork. But their application and results bring different information. This work compares five instruments of team analysis, their application, validity, administration and connections. Final findings summarize, if these instruments are compatible, complementary or contradictory. The conclusions also show, if these instruments are subjectively assessed as appropriate and whether the instruments are able to detect team role, personal dispositions and stage of team development. Subjectively assessed as the best instruments for team analysis were showed Bělohlávek team roles test and MBTI personality type test, the higher level of their connection also highlights the link between current team roles and personality dispositions, as expected.
