Závěrečná práce se zabývá analýzou některých manažerských dovedností koordinátorů ŠVP při implementaci oblasti Člověk a příroda do Školních vzdělávacích programů gymnázií. Ověřuje, zda a v jaké míře byly cíleně využity manažerské dovednosti koordinátorů ŠVP především z hlediska komunikace. Práce vychází z teorie managementu v oblasti vedení lidí. Využívá teoretické poznatky z procesu tvorby a efektivního fungování týmu. Dalším východiskem jsou dokumenty souvisejících s kurikulární reformou na gymnáziích v České republice. Za pomoci řízených strukturovaných rozhovorů a doplňkového dotazníkového šetření se podařilo částečně zmapovat výše uvedenou problematiku a ukázat několik "příkladů dobré praxe" aplikovatelných v dalších školách. Verifies whether and to what extent the targeted use of managerial skills coordinators SEP especially from the perspective of communication. The work is based on the management theory of leadership. It uses the theoretical knowledge of the process of creation and effective functioning team. Another starting point for the documents related to curriculum reform in secondary schools in the Czech Republic. With the help of controlled structured interviews and additional survey was able to chart above issues and show some "best practices" applicable in other schools.
