EVALUATION OF WORKERS SELECTION AND RANKING PROCESS

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to carry out an analysis of the procedure of selecting and placing new employees in the company Výstaviště České Budějovice a. s.. The bachelor thesis is particularly focused on identification of resources for selection of new employees, recruitment process system, placing new employees both from the view of working and social adaptation, and further education of employees. The first part of this thesis summarizes theoretical information on planning of human resources, analysis and description of working positions, methods of recruitment, methods of selection of employees, and placing new employees from the view of working and social adaptation. Further, the company, its history, size, and a number of employees are characterized here. Description of the process of recruiting, selecting, placing, and further education of employees was the first part of the own thesis. On the basis of this description, I carried out an analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the process and carried orut an assessment and proposals for improvement.
Analysis of the new employees adaptation in a selected organization

The thesis focuses on the adaptation process in the selected organization, specifically on the analysis of the organization's approach to the adaptation process, and especially on the determination of employee satisfaction with this process. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the organization's approach to the adaptation of new employees, to determine the satisfaction of employees with the adaptation process in the organization and to propose recommendations for the specific organization. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic topics such as human resource management and adaptation process with the help of professional sources. The practical part, following the theoretical part, will then focus on the analysis of the approach of two selected departments of a specific organization to the adaptation process of new employees and the analysis of employee satisfaction with this process. Theoretical-empirical research methods will be used. The approach of the specific departments to the adaptation process will be analysed through interviews with the responsible employees, while employee satisfaction will be analysed through a questionnaire survey. Adaptation of teaching staff in kindergartens

The aim of this thesis to describe the adaptation process. The theoretical part to preserve the ntegrity of the topic briefly decribes the stages of development of the technical terms (personnel administration, personnel management, human resources) and human aktivity. The main part is focused on the adaptation process, defining the objectives of the adaptation process, species adaptation and the factors influencing an adaptation process, Following part of this chapter is dedicated to the participants of the adaptation process, the adaptation plan and feedback, which is an essential and integral component of the adaptation proces. The research is focused on the adaptation process of teachers in kindergartens. The research method is a survey and subsequent interviews with several randomly selected Director kindergartens. The result of the survey is to determine the course of adaptation in kindergartens and directors approach to this issue. The target group is the employees seconded abroad by international companies, away from their home cultures - the Czech Republic and Germany. Load and support factors that affect the seconded executives and influence the process of their adaptation will be reviewed and analysed in detail. The theoretical part summarises the insights of both Czech and international authors on the topics of adapting to different national cultures, burnout syndrome, enthusiasm toward the job, management of culturally mixed teams, and the cultural specifics of the Czech and German cultures that the paper builds on. Social adaptation of the persons dependent on narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and poisons

Besides describing a brief history of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and poisons including definitions of selected addictive substances, the thesis focuses on addictive behaviour, medical treatment and social assistance for persons addicted to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and poison-dependent people. An essential part of these people's treatment is their follow-up adaptation back to normal life, which is often very important. The chapters describe the particular service (medical and social), including examples that help individuals with their problem and also to adapt socially, or adapt to something. In the practical part it is due to the respondents and their life stories clearly shown, what is the way back from the survival of individuals with drug addiction to everyday life.

The Problem of inadequate social adaptation of the individual in the working group

This bachelor's thesis deals with social adaptation that takes place in the process during which there is integration of new employees joining the organization. Attention is paid to the concept of adaptation in the context of coping with socialization and stress. It is defined adaptation of workers and its area - working adaptation and social adaptation. Particular attention is paid to the social adaptation to the working group, the process is elaborated in individual stages. Possible causes that led to the lack of social adaptation are initially processed from a theoretical point of view and consequently the process of social adaptation to the working group analyzed the empirical investigation.
Staff Adaptation in Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals managed system of adaptation in the field of human resources. The main goal is, regarding the results of an empiric survey, to evaluate the established adaptation process of new employees at AMI Communications, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The literature review discusses the importance of personal work, emphasis is placed on staff recruitment and subsequent adaptation. The practical part contains characteristics of the company and the current description of the adaptation process. Following the evaluation of the adaptation process. To gain the necessary data a survey was conducted between employees that was focused on their satisfaction with the current process of adaptation and a series of interviews and analysis of internal documents. The results were used in a series of proposals to streamline adaptation in company. These measures will lead to faster and better adaptation of new employees in the work environment of the company.
Staff Adaptation in Selected Company

The main aim of the master's thesis is to evaluate the staff adaptation management system in the company Personal Partner s. r. o. Various techniques for data collection have been used in the preparation of the thesis. The theoretical part of the work represents a review, based on topic-specific and professional literature, which covers the necessary terminology and the specifics of human resources management and employee adaptation. The analytical part of the thesis makes use of descriptive analysis for the purposes of company characterisation. It further focuses on staff fluctuation in the company in the years 2012 - 2015. The analytical part aims at evaluating the current state of the staff adaptation management system and has been carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey and an interview with a human resources employee. The questionnaire survey presented the opportunity to assess the situation from the staff's viewpoint, while the interview with the human resources specialist helped describe the system's operation from the employer's perspective. The final chapter of the thesis consists of recommendations for improvement of the stability of the company's human resources.
