Diplomová práce je zaměřena na proces adaptace ve vybrané organizaci, a to konkrétně na analýzu přístupu organizace k adaptačnímu procesu, a především na zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců s tímto procesem. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analýza přístupu organizace k adaptaci nových zaměstnanců, zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců s adaptačním procesem v organizaci a navržení doporučení pro konkrétní organizaci. Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních témat, jako je řízení lidských zdrojů a adaptační proces, za pomoci odborných zdrojů. Praktická část se potom v návaznosti na část teoretickou zaměří na analýzu přístupu dvou vybraných útvarů konkrétní organizace k adaptačnímu procesu nových zaměstnanců a na analýzu spokojenosti zaměstnanců s tímto procesem. Využito bude teoreticko-empirických metod výzkumu. Přístup konkrétních útvarů k adaptačnímu procesu bude analyzován prostřednictvím rozhovorů s odpovědnými pracovníky, spokojenost zaměstnanců pak prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. V závěru diplomové práce budou na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření vymezeny rozdíly v přístupu jednotlivých útvarů k adaptačnímu procesu, vyhodnocena spokojenost zaměstnanců s tímto procesem a na základě toho zjištěny rozdíly ve spokojenosti... The thesis focuses on the adaptation process in the selected organization, specifically on the analysis of the organization's approach to the adaptation process, and especially on the determination of employee satisfaction with this process. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the organization's approach to the adaptation of new employees, to determine the satisfaction of employees with the adaptation process in the organization and to propose recommendations for the specific organization. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic topics such as human resource management and adaptation process with the help of professional sources. The practical part, following the theoretical part, will then focus on the analysis of the approach of two selected departments of a specific organization to the adaptation process of new employees and the analysis of employee satisfaction with this process. Theoretical-empirical research methods will be used. The approach of the specific departments to the adaptation process will be analysed through interviews with the responsible employees, while employee satisfaction will be analysed through a questionnaire survey.
