Football world cup on the screens of Czechoslovak television: Progress of live broadcasting from England 1966 to Italy 1990

Diploma thesis "Football World Cup on the screens of Czechoslovak television : progress of live broadcasting matches from England 1966 to Italy 1990" deals with television interpretation of World Cup broadcasting by Czechoslovak television. There is also mentioned progress of Sport department of Czechoslovak television since the beginning. Author has illustrated participation of audiovisual media from the first World cup in 1930. He brings schedule of broadcasting of Czechoslovak television from each World Cup in the main period under consideration from 1966 to 1990. He takes notice of work of football commentators and also of structure of broadcasting. There is used historical analysis to observe the progress of number commentators and other television workers who were on World Cup, number of live broadcasting matches or recording matches. There is also some comparison with foreign televisions.
The Long Jump on the Modern Olympic Games and other International Competitions

Title: A long jump at the modern Olympic Games and other international competitions Subtitle: Personalities and records Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to monitor and analyse individual personalities who at modern Olympic Games and other international top competitions (World Championships, European Championships, Diamond League) pushed forward the record in the long jump, both in relation to the development of the jump technique and other factors affecting the discipline. The work deals more with the athletes themselves and their medallions than with the development of the discipline. Methods: The analysis method was used in the work. The analysis was carried out on results in the long jump from 1896, i.e. from the first modern Olympic Games to 2021. The change in the world record and its evolution, as well as the change in its holders, were analysed in the reporting period. Other personalities who made history in the long jump were also followed. Results: Records in the long jump has changed at international competitions depending on changes in training methods, technique, material and external conditions. Media image of the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup in CT Sport

This Bachelor Thesis "Media image of the 2019 FIBA Basketball World Cup in CT Sport" deals with the overall concept of championship, that took place in China, and its presentation in CT Sport. The goal of this thesis is detailed analysis of television broadcasts and the work of moderators, reporters and commentators. The theoretical part defines the news values, concept of agenda-setting, framing and also insight into patriotism and mythology. There is description of the Czechoslovak history and Czech basketball, furthermore the first live stream and the process of basketball broadcasting in Czech televisoin. This basketball broadcast is being explored using qualitative content analysis. The results of the analysis describe the media image of the Basketball World Cup, how the pre-game studios took place, how much space was given to reports and interviews, and what was the role of commentators.
Pond Hockey World Championship, history, present, comparison of performance of male and female teams.

The diploma thesis is maping the World Pond Hockey Championship which helds place in Canada. The aim of this work is to analyze and characterize men's and women's teams that has participated at World Pond Hockey Championship. In the theoretical part of the thesis I was focusing on the history of men's and women's hockey on natural ice surfaces. I also characterized the World Pond Hockey Championship, rules of this sport and other big pond hockey tournaments. The practical part is devodet to the analyze of differencies between regular World Ice Hockey Championship and World Pond Hockey Championship. Furthermore the practical part analyzes men's and women's teams that has competed at the World Pond Hockey Championship. The analyze was done by my own observation, interviews with the players and coaches and also by the quantitative research from relevant sources.
Management of major orienteering events

Name: Management of major orienteering events Goal: The main goal of this thesis is to determine and summarize basic managerial methods important for successful organization of major sporting events, with focus on orienteering. These methods will be described more in detail to support potential organizers of main orienteering events and so to help to bring professionalism to delivery of the event. Methods: In this work a mixed method approach was used for the data collection as well as for analysis of collected data. Information about events were collected through questionnaires, analyzed with basic statistic methods such as mean, median or correlation and visualized in graph. Correlations were critically evaluated considering logical interrelation of two variables. Results: The results showed a crucial role in success of any orienteering event plays functionality of organizing committee - its satisfaction, commitment and coherence. Even though, organizing committees doesn't necessarily have any professional education in sport event management, years of organizing national and grass root events gave them enough experience to organize successfully major orienteering events, considering their own objectives. Name: Analysis of offensive futsal combinations and their practice Aims: The diploma thesis aims to analyse the offensive game combinations of an elite futsal FIFA team from the point of view of the progression of the match, with focus on its training methods. Methods: The thesis expertly evaluates video recordings of Kazakhstan team from its impersonal and structured observing. To interpret the data, qualitative approach was used, as based on notational analysis and graphical diagrams. Results: The thesis records the game co-operations which are the most important to successfully finish the offensive. It discovers several variations of gradual offensive with the emphasis on the detail of its execution. It also describes and illustrates the scheme of the "power play." Analysis of the sports career of the decathlons Tomáš Dvořák

Title: Analysis of sports career decathlon athlete Tomáš Dvořák Objectives: The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyze biographical materials and literature resources to capture and interpret sports career the triple world champion Tomáš Dvořák in years 1993 - 2008. Within the biographical study, there will be a punctual adumbration of whole of his sports career including his every success and every health issue. Methods: This bachelor thesis is carried out as a review and I am going to use the method of comparison and analysis. The work is divided into two main parts. In first part I focused on theoretical part of decathlon itself, its creating history and psychomotor assumptions of successful athlete. In second part I closely analyzed the results of all races he took part in. I described them and used graphical schemes. I connected a short comment to each graphical scheme. Results: In submitted bachelor thesis by studying obtainable materials I managed to map, evaluate and describe the multisport career of Tomáš Dvořák in years 1993 - 2008 including all his successes and health issues. Research of image of selected Czech biathletes

Title: Research of image of selected Czech biathletes Objectives: Main goal of this work based on marketing research is to analyse and evaluate image of selected Czech biathletes via questionnaire survey for general public in period before and after the World Championship and to compare results. Methods: In this work is used quantitative method of electronic survey. Survey was designed based on scale of biathlete's image mark, which was translated by literal edited translation method. Data collecting was ongoing in March in two phases, before and after the Biathlon World Championship 2019. For evaluation were used statistic methods and for compare results was used method of comparison. Results: The research result show that image is very subjective and it can be changed very fast. It can be changed based on performance of biathletes or based on different respondents' opinion. From general point of view based on this work we can say that Marketa Davidova is reaching best image.
