Information System for a Language School

The main goal of this thesis is to design and implement an information system for a language school, which will replace the existing data processing in Microsoft Excel tables. The system will work with language school's data like courses, translation, staff, books, customers and makes management work easier. The most of the processes will be accelerated or automated. It will also notify management for upcoming translations' deadlines or employees' ending contracts.

V této diplomové práci je zpracován podnikatelský plán pro založení jazykové školy ve Vietnamu. První část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, jež jsou podkladem pro následující kapitoly. Druhá část práce se soustředí primárně na analýzu makroprostředí a mikroprostředí. Ve třetí, návrhové části, je zpracován podnikatelský plán obsahující veškeré náležitosti, na jejichž základě se lze rozhodnout, zda podnikatelský plán realizovat, či nikoli.
Language School and English Kindergarten in Horní Heršpice

The aim of diploma’s thesis is a design od school house, exactly language school and english kindergarten. It’s a new building, designed on a flat plot no.873/21 in cadastre unit Horni Herspice, in a Brno’suburb. The language school is intended to accommodate 41 students. Kindergarten is for education preschool children. Kindergarten is designed for total capacity of 40 children. The building was designed in a rectangular shape without cellar. It is a two-storey masonry system. Both parts of the building were designed so that students and children do not meet. A schoolmaster office is located on the second floor. The building was designed from sand-lime bricks KM Beta. The thermal insulation is made from external thermal insulation composite systems ETICS, floor structure is from ceramic-concrete precast floor slabs. The major part of the flat roof structure is double-layered while the rest is a green single-layer construction.

The bachelor´s diploma thesis The Suggestion of a Choice of a Particular Trading Company for a Concrete Entrepreneurship deals with a convenient choice of a trading company for a particular business enterprise in the field of language teaching. It is aimed to theoretically characterize and classify particular trading companies; to compare their advantages as well as disadvantages; and last but not least to choose the most suitable kind of a trading company based on the theoretical and practical parts of the thesis. The thesis is divided into three basic parts i.e. theoretical, analytical, and practical.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the current situation of the company Studyline s. r .o. and the innovation proposal, which is the realization of the language school in Brno. The aim of the thesis is to design a functional marketing strategy that will be applicable in real terms as early as 2018. The thesis also includes a thorough analysis of the internal and external environment, which is summarized by SWOT analysis. The work also evaluates the project's risks, thorough monitoring of the competition, and, in the final stage, marketing strategies for language schools, including the prediction of future developments.

In the conclusion of the thesis, the evaluation of the effectiveness of investing in a particular idea is summarized with the help of dynamic indicators.

The topic of this master's thesis is the marketing strategy of a selected company, specifically a Czech language school for foreigners. The thesis is divided into three parts, with the first part dedicated to theoretical foundations necessary for a better understanding of the subject matter. The second part introduces the language school itself and includes of its external and internal environment. This part also includes conducting marketing research focused on customer satisfaction. In the final third part of the thesis, specific proposals for improving the marketing strategy of the language school are presented based on the results of the analyses.

This diploma thesis investigates the marketing tactics of a selected language school while focusing on all elements of the marketing mix and their practical application. It identifies the key areas for its prosperity and future development based on selected qualitative research methods, such as analysis of the school's marketing activity and structured interview with its management and internal staff. It involves a partial comparison with the competitor educational institutions of a similar field of interest and besides its strengths and competitive advantages it also reveals its drawbacks using the SWOT analysis in terms of which it suggests recommendations for innovations. The theoretical part deals with the general issue of marketing and content of the marketing strategy while highlighting the importance of strategic planning of marketing goals as well as effective strategic marketing management. It provides a detailed view on the field of marketing tactics and its main part, i.e. basic and extended marketing mix with its particular marketing tools, in general as well as from the specific point of view of education.
