Influential person
Vohralík, Marek ; Pelikán, Robert (advisor) ; Černá, Stanislava (referee)
Influential person Abstract The thesis Influential Person deals with the meaning of the rule contained in the regulation of business groups under the Companies Act, although the author does not consider this systematic classification to be correct. The thesis begins by discussing the meaning of the rule from the perspective of protecting the very legal personality of the business corporation, since, as he shows, the fulfillment of the act of influencing constitutes a failure of the very elementary rules on which the construction of the legal personality of the business corporation is built on. It also points to new phenomena in the law of business corporations that are closely related to the law of business groups, such as rational apathy or single-member corporations. Indeed, these phenomena are closely related to the law of business groups and, as in the case of affectation, have the effect of weakening the business corporation as a separate legal entity. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the sources of the regulation of influence. Here the author discusses the most important continental approaches, be it German concern law, the French concept of Rosenblum or partial adjustments within the framework of community law, but also Anglo-American doctrine. All of these have influenced domestic law to...
Phenomenon Like House as an example of an internet-television media convergence
Svobodová, Marie ; Řehořová, Irena (advisor) ; Marcelli, Miroslav (referee)
This thesis focuses on the concept of media convergence as an complex and unpredictable process of old and new media colliding. More precisely, the the focus is of convergence between the television and the internet media. Due to digitalization the TV is undergoing changes and unavoidably interacts with the internet. The media convergence is shown on the example of a Czech reality show called Like House, where a group of influencers - internet (micro)celebrities - lives under one roof. Like House 2 is here not considered just as a reality show but as a hybrid multimedia project that spans across multiple media platforms and comes to be from multiple sources. Based on the analysis of the TV episodes as well as the associated social media, the conclusion is that the logic of television and internet is inherently linked together here. Like House 2 is an example of how media convergence can look like where media are converging on multiple levels.

I also tried to analyze if it could be possible to find the basic differences between the newspapers as it is so- called and the investigative journalism in general. My thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one is based on the theory and it contains a description of that cause and a short theoretical excursion. The second part contains a description of the research methodology following the essence of that analysis. In conclusion of my thesis...

Běhounková, Vendula ; Kitzberger, Jindřich (advisor) ; Trojan, Václav (referee)
The thesis deals with the influence of parents on the pedagogical direction of elementary school. Its aim is to find out what options to influence the pedagogical direction of elementary school parents currently have and how they make use of them. The work is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical background is based on an analysis of texts and presents experiences and knowledge relating to this issue. Theoretical bases provide an overview of factors, which influence the pedagogical direction of elementary school and what role the parents can play in this process. The research part presents and evaluates the results of the research conducted at four elementary schools in Prague 12. The research method for data collection was an interview with the headmaster of these elementary schools and a questionnaire for parents of pupils. Thought intersections of philosophy and mathematics
Hlavešová, Ilona ; Hogenová, Anna (advisor) ; Blažková, Miloslava (referee)
The submitted thesis addresses the ideas that are at the intersections of philosophy and mathematics. These intersections have been in the course of the history as follows: Numerical ratios, the concept of infinity, continuum partition, space specification, determinism versus randomness and exploring of the mathematics foundations with an overlap into philosophy. The results herewith presented have been achieved on the basis of the HTF lectures and seminars, available literature, my own knowledge and reasoning. The thesis documents processes of how mathematics stimulated certain philosophical principles and vice versa how mathematics was influenced by philosophical views. Last but not least, there are presented comparisons between philosophic propositions and the current mathematics and physics knowledge in the mentioned intersections.
