The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the sale of cans on the Czech and Slovak markets. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts of marketing and especially the marketing mix. The analytical part of the thesis is focused on the current state of the company, where proposals are incorporated based on sales analyzes and evaluated findings. The implementation of the proposals will primarily lead to an increase in the awareness of the company, which can lead to the benefit of new customers.

This master thesis focuses on the customer market analysis of The Rosenfeld Palace in Žilina in order to identify the factors influencing the participation of local residents in cultural events. The thesis uses the Theory of Planned Behavior and the concept of Third Places as theoretical frameworks to construct qualitative research. Based on the findings, it offers recommendations for management leading to an increase in the attractiveness of the palace and its attendance by local residents.

The diploma thesis focuses on the establishment of a small business, which will be a café in the village of Doudleby nad Orlicí. In the analytical part of the thesis, strategic analyses of the external and internal environment are elaborated. Analytická časť sa zameriava na kľúčové interné a externé faktory a zainteresované strany ovplyvňujúce podnikanie spoločnosti pri tvorbe hodnotovej ponuky. Návrhová časť práce kombinuje získané vstupy pre definovanie novej hodnotovej ponuky podniku s odporúčaniami pre jej implementáciu.

In this thesis, the author deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction in a selected fitness centre and suggestions to increase its level. The thesis consists of 3 main parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of the issue. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of the given enterprise. This chapter also includes the results of the marketing research conducted, the main objective of which was to determine the current level of customer satisfaction. The analytical part is followed by the third part, in which the actual proposals for increasing this level are given.

The thesis deals with the concept of marketing mix of a new company. The first part focuses on important knowledge from the field of marketing theory, especially on customer and consumer behaviour and marketing mix tools. The analytical part looks at the current situation of club inBalance, from which the new company would be derived. Furthermore, marketing research is conducted in this chapter in the form of a questionnaire survey and group and individual interviews. In other parts of the analysis, an analysis of the wider environment and an analysis of the competition is conducted. In the final part of the thesis, based on the analyses made, suggestions are presented for the different marketing mix tools that are designed in order to get the first customers and thus successfully enter the market.

The diploma thesis focuses on proposing changes to the marketing mix of a selected hair salon in Brno. The work is structured into three parts. The theoretical part presents a literature review related to marketing. In the analytical section, the hairdressing salon is introduced, including its current marketing mix. Subsequently, strategic analyses of the external and internal environment are applied, and the results of conducted surveys are projected. Based on the findings of the current situation, the third part suggests recommendations for modifying individual elements of the marketing mix to enhance and improve existing services.
