V této diplomové práce se autor zabývá analýzou spokojenosti zákazníků u vybraného fitness centra a návrhy na zvýšení její úrovně. Práce se skládá celkem ze 3 hlavních částí. První část diplomové práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům k dané problematice. V druhé části je zabýváno analýzou současného stavu daného podniku. V rámci této kapitoly jsou uvedeny také výsledky z realizovaného marketingového průzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem bylo zjištění aktuální úrovně zákaznické spokojenosti. Na analytickou část navazuje část třetí, ve které jsou uvedeny vlastní návrhy na zvýšení této úrovně. In this thesis, the author deals with the analysis of customer satisfaction in a selected fitness centre and suggestions to increase its level. The thesis consists of 3 main parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical knowledge of the issue. The second part deals with the analysis of the current state of the given enterprise. This chapter also includes the results of the marketing research conducted, the main objective of which was to determine the current level of customer satisfaction. The analytical part is followed by the third part, in which the actual proposals for increasing this level are given.
