The final part of the thesis outlines the proposals for the company's marketing strategy.

The second part of the thesis deals with the presentation of the selected retail unit, analyzes the current marketing situation and at the same time includes competitor analysis. In the final part of the work, based on the performed analyses, improvements will be proposed that should positively affect sales by increasing the number of new customers and satisfying their needs.
