Comparison of the "integration plans for refugees" of the Ministry of Education in the Czech and German language areas using the example of the Prague Spring, the Civil War in Syria, and the Russian-Ukrainian War

After Ukraine was invaded by Russia in 2022, one of the biggest humanitarian crises in the last few years has occurred. The wave of Ukrainian refugees has found their refuge and protection mainly in the surrounding countries, which have since been trying to integrate them into society until the war ends. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find out what consequences the Ukrainian refugee wave has on the educational system of individual states. The emphasis is on the adaptation of elementary schools and the integration of Ukrainian refugee children into the collective. For this purpose, the method of analysis of the integration plans of the ministries of education of the Czech Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Austria was chosen. This analysis was then supplemented by the interview method with teachers and sitting in on classes at Czech and Austrian primary schools. The results of the survey show the far-reaching problems that schools must face when integrating refugees. Despite the long-term experience of some states with the integration of refugees, integration plans do not always correspond with the reality that prevails in schools. Verify the effectiveness of Ladislav Daniel's "Bridge Book for 2nd primary school" in practise

Author abstract In my thesis I pursued verify the effectiveness of Ladislav Daniel's "Bridge book for 2nd Primary School" in practise. This textbook had the task to compare the dificiencies and gaps in the music skills of students 2nd Primary School, which become from the music lessons at 1st Primary school. I realized my exploration in the 6th classes of one Prague school, where I have been this year teach music. The status of the music skills induced me to try Daniel's "Bridge book for 2nd Primary School" and return the music lessons between "living subject". Before my exploration I had to realized the initial review in the experimental group and in the control group too, read up Daniel's methodology of music education, textbooks with its methodological guide and analyzed Bridge book for 2nd Primary School with its methodological guide. Pursuant these books I worked out the studing plan of each lesson with methodological steps. At the beginning of the experimental teaching students accesed the lessons very critical. But in a short time they became very active. They carried away new skills and knowledge from each lesson, which they could used and repeat in the next lesson and learn some new. Media communication in state administration: Ministry of education, youth and sports of the Czech Republic. Case study.

The thesis is a case study dealing with the media communication of a public institution, in this case the communication of the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The analysis is limited to the period of the first 100 days of the new minister's (Marcel Chládek) work and to selected printed periodicals. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the communication of the department and to evaluate its effectiveness. The work also includes the specifics of the period preceding the establishment of the new government, as well as Marcel Chládek's previous activity in relation to his work as the head of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic. Besides, the thesis deals with the public administration communication theory, marketing and public relations within this sphere.
The reflection of communication of the Ministry of education youth and sports on social media

The bachelor's thesis "The reflection of communication of the Ministry of education youth and sports on social media" is focused on the use of social websites in case of the agencies of general government's communication with public. The first part of this thesis is mapping theoretic findings, definitions and functions of an institutional and governmental communication and its use on social websites. Based on a delimitation of the function of an institutional communication and a setting of key characters of social media there are the basic goals of the institutional communication on social websites identified. The following chapters should provide a picture about how the social websites have been used by the agencies of general government in the Czech Republic till now, the activity of the Ministry of Education is included, as well. The theoretical findings are consequently used in terms of the analysis of the Ministry of Education's communication on social websites Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The Bachelor's thesis "Inclusive education from the perspective of management staff" focuses on the approach and methods of management to inclusive education in high school. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part examines the development of inclusive education in the Czech republic and the theoretical application of inclusive education in czech schools from the point of view of management. The practical part contains interviews with the management staff of schools where inclusive education has been implemented and an analysis of these interviews.

Legal aspects of sports financing from the government budget Abstract The present thesis deals with legal aspects of sports financing process. Sports financing from the government budget, constitutes the greatest fraction of income to sports organizations and sports clubs. The present study scrutinizes the legal aspects of financial support of sports from the government budget, via thorough analysis anchored in legal research. Individual sections of the thesis ponder the redistribution of funds from the government budget. First, it explains how the whole process of funding from the state budget commences, what actors are involved in it and also what volume of financial aid is granted to the department of sport. The thesis describes and evaluates the individual parts of the process, which has led to an overview of the entire issue of state financing of sport. It also outlines the development of sports support throughout the past century and further explains why effective legislation is still considered to be inadequate. The present study further illustrates the current institutional provision of sport support system. Diploma thesis is concerned with organization of education after ending of the Second World War. The first chapter deals with education in a period of the Nazi occupation. Main part of this thesis is focused on organization of school year 1945/1946 and on problems which occured in connection with organization of post-war education. The following part devotes to teachers and pupils in this period. In this thesis is also described unitary educational model, the origin of the faculties of education, activity of the Extraordinary People's Courts and activity of institutions like the Ministry of Education or the Country School Council, and teaching some school subjects (history, political education and russian language). The thesis is based on study of the archival sources, law regulations and interpretation the articles of professional pedagogical literature.
