Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth

The goal of the thesis "Analysis of leisure time teachers job satisfaction at houses for children and youth" is to analyze leisure time teacher profession in terms of job satisfaction. It tries to find out what aspects of job satisfaction are considered to be the most important by the teachers, and how they are reflected to the satisfaction with current situation. Additionally, the thesis designes solutions in those areas where (based on the research) the leisure time teachers see the biggest difference between an importance and a satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with defining of the terms houses for children and youth, leisure time teachers, leisure education, theory of job satisfaction and factors of job satisfaction. The practical part is based on the research, carried out in the form of a questionnaire based on four determined hypotheses. The conclusion of the work proposes solution.

Presented bachelor thesis covers the topic of job satisfaction in the context of the age of worker. It is focused on theoretical base of job satisfaction, its character or influencing factors. It explores the job satisfaction-job behavior relations and basic methods of research in the field of job satisfaction. Attention is also paid to researches already performed and they are compared. The thesis also includes original empirical survey performed in the international bank company, which is focused on job values in the field of co-workers relations, being the important job satisfaction factor.

Bachelor thesis deals with job satisfaction. It is often given to a context with the attitude to work which is very much connected to job satisfaction. Thesis summarises all the pieces of information about job satisfacion, factors that affect it negatively and positively, interconnection of work satisfaction and work motivation, work behaviour and performance of workers, relationship of a man and work and at last general job satisfaction and its individual aspects. Bachelor thesis on topic of "Job satisfaction of nurses on selected departments of FN Motol" is aiming determine job satisfaction of university graduates and vocationally educated. The thesis is divided to theoretical and empirical parts. Theoretical part brings you a brief review about job satisfaction of graduates and their motivation in FN Motol, as well as contribution and assessment of aninstructor in their adaptati on process. Empirical part includes survey given to all graduates with professional experience ranging from 3 to 24 months, working on all clinics and workplaces of FN Motol, but only in medical professions. Further goal has been primary data analysis and comparison of obtained data with previous surveys on this or a similar topics in the past years. Employee loyalty as a manifestation of work satisfaction - psychological aspects of employee loyalty

The main aim of this thesis is defining employee loyalty in its entirety and describing the concept of employee loyalty based on a qualitative research. The concept has been proposed by using theoretical knowledge, semi-structured interviews and qualitative method of thematic analysis with a partial process of grounded theory. The concept corresponds to the main research questions, and therefore formulates a theoretical definition of employee loyalty, loyalty aspects, and implications and possibilities of influencing loyalty within organizational processes. The results obtained illustrate the relationship between the job satisfaction and employee loyalty. The job satisfaction affects building and maintenance of a loyal employee relationship with the organization, but it could be also the consequence of such loyal relationship. The bachelor thesis "Psychosocial and Organizational Factors in Nursing in Selected Non- Governmental Bed Care Institutions" focuses on how nurses in non-state health care institutions perceive and evaluate the working environment and the conditions in which they provide nursing care. A positive assessment of the work environment has a significant impact on the quality and safety of the care provided. The work has a common structure composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part provides a brief overview of the psychosocial and organizational factors that affect nursing work. Attention is paid not only to mental and physical burden, but also to organizational factors. The empirical part includes self-examination and presentation of results. The aim was to evaluate the results of our own investigation and to compare it with the results of previously conducted studies in the United States of America, Australia, Denmark and Portugal. Job Satisfaction of English Teachers in the Czech Republic

Despite the burgeoning interest in foreign language learning and teaching practices, the research on English teachers' job satisfaction has remained rather scarce, particularly in the Czech context. The current diploma thesis, hence, has aimed to provide insights into the determinants of job satisfaction, with respect to English teachers working at primary and secondary schools. The thesis is categorized into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the study covers the term job satisfaction. It identifies and analyzes existing research to present definitions and major theories and to provide guidance and basis for the research. Then, it expounds both international and Czech literature on job satisfaction among teachers, highlighting the need for conducting the research. The practical part displays the methodology, covering data collection tools and the sample selection. Next, the findings are presented and discussed to shed light on the issue and to recommend adjustments in the subject matter to improve and prosper English language education in the Czech Republic. Quality of working life and work engagement of employees in educational organizations

The Master's thesis focuses on the complexities of quality of work life and work engagement among education staff. The introduction presents a general overview of key concepts and outlines the development of approaches and the wider context. Drawing on the theoretical background, the following text addresses specific problems in greater detail. While the first chapter deals with a more general understanding of quality of life in various disciplines, the second chapter narrows its focus to the concept of quality of work life introducing selected theories and contemporary research approaches. Another thematic part of the thesis explores work engagement - it defines the concept, its development and relation to other phenomena (for instance, work satisfaction, well-being, or the burn-out syndrome). The thesis also includes an empirical study with the intention to describe the subjectively perceived quality of work life and the level of work engagement among employees of educational organizations. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, numerous measures needed to be adopted, which have profoundly transformed and influenced the way teachers perform their job tasks. Job satisfaction of teaching staff at primary and secondary schools in the Vysočina region

The diploma thesis deals with the job satisfaction of pedagogical employees working in elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. The main goal of the thesis is to ascertain how are the pedagogical employees in the elementary and high schools of the Vysočina District overall satisfied with individual aspects of the selected outside factors of job satisfaction. The next goal of the thesis is to compare job satisfaction of pedagogical employees in the individual aspects of the selected outside factors. In the theoretical part, the thesis is focused on the theories of job satisfactions and the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance. Furthermore, the thesis deals with selected outside factors, which influence job satisfaction. The investigation is carried out in the selected elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. To obtain the necessary data, a non-standardized questionnaire of job satisfaction was created, which was then filled in by 149 teachers of both elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. The statistical compilation of the data showed, that the teachers of the selected elementary and high schools of the Vysočina Region are satisfied in their job.
