Diplomová práce se zabývá pracovní spokojeností pedagogických pracovníků na základních a středních školách v kraji Vysočina. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak jsou pedagogičtí pracovníci základních a středních škol v kraji Vysočina celkově spokojeni s jednotlivými aspekty vybraných vnějších faktorů pracovní spokojenosti. Dalším cílem práce je porovnat pracovní spokojenost pedagogických pracovníků v jednotlivých aspektech vybraných vnějších faktorů. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na teorie pracovní spokojenosti a na vztah pracovní spokojenosti a pracovního výkonu. Dále se práce zabývá vybranými vnějšími faktory, které působí na spokojenost v práci. Výzkumné šetření je prováděno na vybraných základních a středních školách v kraji Vysočina. Pro získání potřebných dat byl sestaven nestandardizovaný dotazník pracovní spokojenosti, který vyplnilo 149 učitelů základních a středních škol v kraji Vysočina. Statistické zpracování dat ukázalo, že učitelé základních a středních škol v kraji Vysočina jsou v zaměstnání spokojeni. Výzkum však potvrdil rozdíly ve vnímání míry spokojenosti podle typu školy. Učitelé středních škol vykazují menší celkovou pracovní spokojenost než učitelé na základních školách. Výzkum dále ukázal, že učitelé jsou nejvíce spokojeni se vztahy s kolegy a nejméně pak se... The diploma thesis deals with the job satisfaction of pedagogical employees working in elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. The main goal of the thesis is to ascertain how are the pedagogical employees in the elementary and high schools of the Vysočina District overall satisfied with individual aspects of the selected outside factors of job satisfaction. The next goal of the thesis is to compare job satisfaction of pedagogical employees in the individual aspects of the selected outside factors. In the theoretical part, the thesis is focused on the theories of job satisfactions and the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance. Furthermore, the thesis deals with selected outside factors, which influence job satisfaction. The investigation is carried out in the selected elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. To obtain the necessary data, a non-standardized questionnaire of job satisfaction was created, which was then filled in by 149 teachers of both elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region.
