Interaction and communiaction in health care team

Bachelor thesis theme "interaction and communication in health care team" is focused on issues of quality and communication methods and elaborates the satisfaction of physicians, nurses in their workplace labor relations. Its' prime objective is not only the relation between nurses and doctors, but also the interaction and communication within their community as one group. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with the history, ways of communication and their characteristics. Furthermore, it shows possibilities of social interactions even within the team itself. The empirical part presents the outcomes of the questionnaire distributed at selected clinics at the University Hospital Motol and departments of Thomayer's Hospital. In this anonymous survey participated nurses and doctors from these selected workplaces. The conclusion is evaluation of survey results and its' comparison with results of previously conducted studies.
The Language of Instructors of Some Leisure Activities

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the language of sport leisure-time activities lecturers. It is aimed to pupils at the first grade (thereinafter ZŠ) and lecturers of kickbox and dance lessons. The first part of the thesis is written in general terms. It comes out from the literature about communication. It emphasizes the importance of pedagogical communication and its effect on the development of education and the cooperation among pupils and lecturers. The second part of the thesis is aimed to use of verbal and non-verbal communication in leisure-time activities.
Interaction and communication within the medical team

This bachelor thesis "Interaction and communication within a medical team" examinates work relations of doctors and nurses, forms and quality of their communication and their overall satisfaction with these processes. Attention is paid not only to the nurse - doctor relationship, but also to communication and interaction among members of individual teams. This thesis has two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part describes forms of communication and their characteristics. Also it talks about social interactions in a workplace and a medical team in itself. The empirical part summarises information from a survey, that took place in several divisions at Fakultni nemocnice Motol and Masarykova nemocnice in Usti nad Labem. Both doctors and nurses from selected units participated in this anonymous questionnaire. The closing of the thesis evaluates the results of a personal research and compares them with studies realized before.
On the Principles of Speech Behaviour in the Czech and Vietnamies Languages

The Bachelor investigation discusses the principles of rhetorical behavior in Czech and Vietnamese. Moreover, it compares both languages typologically and explores linguistic situations in both countries. It is based on principles of verbal and nonverbal communication and focuses on selected issues concerning the depiction of verbal courtesy. Specifically, it highlights questions regarding you (unformal form) - you (formal form), address and greetings. The findings may eventually facilitate the mutual understanding between the two groups of speakers.
Nonverbal communication during the job interview

The theme of this thesis in nonverbal communication during the job interview. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the basic types of nonverbal means, embedding them in a particular situation - for job interviews and the differences in the use of nonverbal means for women and men. In the practical part are described and evaluated the questionnaires. On it's basis it was established the role of nonverbal communication in job acquiring, nonverbal communication differences between men and women and its impact on communication interaction. In the end of this theses the research results are compared with theoretical base.

6 Abstract This thesis aims to offer a comprehensive view of corporate communication while emphasizing its importance for everyday life of corporations and achievement of their strategic targets. The thesis introduces potential interpretations of corporate communication with the main focus on key moments of corporate communication as well as on consequences non-effective communication has on employee satisfaction and their life in the corporation. In the thesis I opted for the method of compilation and comparison of professional literature along with expert interviews which reveal the quality of internal communication in two selected corporations and prove one-sided view of communication inside corporations. The first part of the thesis provides a detailed look at characteristics of individual communication forms, knowledge of these characteristics being the cornerstone of further research in corporate communication. Besides, this part also describes the principles of active listening, a skill which is frequently omitted from the communication skill list. The second part deals with potential interpretations and divisions of corporate communication in professional literature and offers a thorough account of internal communication and its individual aspects.
