Tématem bakalářské práce je neverbální komunikace při pracovních pohovorech. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis základních druhů neverbálních prostředků, jejich zakotvení v konkrétní situaci - při pracovních pohovorech a na rozdíly v používání neverbálních prostředků u žen a mužů. V praktické části jsou popsány a vyhodnoceny dotazníky, na jejichž základě byla zjištěna úloha neverbální komunikace v získání pracovního místa, rozdílnost v neverbální komunikace žen a mužů a její vliv na komunikační interakci.V závěru jsou porovnány výsledky výzkumu s teoretickými východisky. The theme of this thesis in nonverbal communication during the job interview. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the basic types of nonverbal means, embedding them in a particular situation - for job interviews and the differences in the use of nonverbal means for women and men. In the practical part are described and evaluated the questionnaires. On it's basis it was established the role of nonverbal communication in job acquiring, nonverbal communication differences between men and women and its impact on communication interaction. In the end of this theses the research results are compared with theoretical base.
