Zedníková, Martina ; Stará, Jana (advisor) ; Linková, Marie (referee)
My diploma paper is focused on perceiving the issue o f m arking and verbal evaluation at the prim ary schools by teachers, pupils and parents. In the theoretical part I investigated the ideas o f theorists. I concentrated on the concepts o f evaluation and assessm ent, the types and functions o f evaluation and verbal evaluation and marking. I carried out a theoretical analysis o f the advantages and disadvantages o f the exam ined forms of evaluation. The aim o f the practical part was to research and consequently estim ate the current situation, particularly to w hat extent are theorist's opinions related to / different from the school practice. I would like to em phasize that, according to my opinion, two most im portant conclusions come out of my research. None of the discussed w ays of evaluation is more convenient - the best w ould be to com bine and utilize both of them. The parents play indispensable role in the evaluation process. Their cooperation w ith the children and the school helps to shape the evaluation in the w ay that the assessm ent is created by both - the teachers and the pupils. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

From the Czechoslovak National Bank to the Czechoslovak State Bank (1945-1958)
Mrkvičková, Ivana ; Jakubec, Ivan (advisor) ; Szobi, Pavel (referee)
This thesis describes the post-war development of the Czechoslovak National Bank from 1945 to 1958, when it became a monobank. In the first part of the paper a study is provided on the state of the banking sector and the whole economy after the Second World War. Following is an analysis of impact of gradual translation from mixed economy to centralized model of sovietised economy on the Central bank of Czechoslovakia and later on the Czechoslovak State Bank. Firstly, the commercial banks were nationalized in compliance with decrees of President Edvard Beneš. The National bank was transferred into state ownership as well in 1948, concluding the banking concentration process. Two years later, Czechoslovak state bank emerged and took over the obligations of the now-defunct Central bank as well as of the remaining commercial banks. Competences of the State bank further expanded until year 1958, when it incorporated agenda of the Investment bank, began offering long-term loans and finally became a monobank.

Polemics about the negative and positive freedom in contemporary political philosophy
Smelík, Vít ; Znoj, Milan (advisor) ; Bíba, Jan (referee)
This thesis concentrates on the polemics about negative and positive freedom, which was initiated by Isaiah Berlin who considered this concept as important sign of liberal political theory. The author starts with the analysis of "Two Concepts of Liberty" by Isaiah Berlin, and then complements this analysis with the reflections of three more authors - Gerald MacCallum, Jr., Charles Taylor and Philip Pettit - who either wrote in direct reaction to Berlin's essay, or were indirectly influenced by it. The goal of the thesis is the confrontation of their conclusions with Berlin's original arguments and the demonstration of the author's own understanding of political liberty.

Legal issues of commercial and investment banking
Tkadlec, Jiří ; Dřevínek, Karel (referee) ; Kotáb, Petr (advisor)
87 Summary The main aim of this Master's Degree thesis is to analyse legal questions about commercial and investment banking. Just before I get to some concrete aspects of these problems, it is necessary to deal with general theses of banking in part one in itself. It is possible and it would be an honour for me, if any ordinary person will read my thesis, so for that reason I think it is necessary to explain at the very beginning what the conception of banking is, what is its object and from which sources the legal form is coming-out. Banking is based first of all on economics. That is the reason, why at the beginning of third subchapter I explain economic characteristic of the bank firstly, following by legal point of view. As a student of law school, and not a student of economics, I should concentrate only at legal nature of my thesis and not economic, but I am really persuaded, that both science disciplines are so connected and close-knitted, so it is impossible to totally disconnect or separate them. Subchapter Four reflects about that and describes essential bank functions. I finally get into banking system in subchapter Five, to its regulation a characteristic of its particular types of banking systems, which outline us slowly the problem of connection or separation of these particular banking...

Winkelhöferová, Anežka ; Skřivan, Aleš (advisor) ; Tajovský, Ladislav (referee)
This thesis analyzes the economic policy applied in Japan during the American occupation in the period from 1945 to 1952. I concentrate on main economic issues, measures promoted by the Japanese government under the American guidance, and factors that affected the process of policy-making. My aim is also to evaluate benefits of these measures for the Japanese economy. Economic policy was a very important tool for democratization and demilitarization of Japan, later on, its target was primarily to promote growth of the Japanese economy. My thesis is divided in two main sections. In the first section I discuss measures that focused on democratization of Japan and postwar reconstruction of the Japanese economy. In the second section I focuse on economic programs that aimed to stabilize the Japanese economy and to promote its growth.

Referential catalogue of public administration services
Mišurec, David ; Chlapek, Dušan (advisor) ; Popílek, Jaroslav (referee)
Aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a referential catalogue of public administration services, which should provide its users with summary of services provided by public administration. Theoretical part of thesis at first defines notions and presents problems connected with providing public administration services in context of development in period after Velvet revolution in Czech Republic. After that, work follows with global situation in European Union and concentrates on one country (Austria) and its services. During design of the catalogue was used actual knowledge and research about service providing, which reflects customer oriented approach and access through single point of contact. The necessity of splitting the whole process of service providing into two parts, service access and service execution part, is emphasized. Within design of catalogue are presented two main models -- domain model describing the structure of catalogue itself and service model, describing services. Based on analysis of possible uses and its integration potential with existing systems are defined its main benefits and is devised integrating principles designed in catalogue into "Portal veřejné správy".

Prepsration of recombinant cDNA of drug transporters
Svobodová, Iveta ; Štaud, František (advisor) ; Červený, Lukáš (referee)
CDS for ABCC4 and ABCC5 transporters were amplified. For ABCC5 two systems were outlined, however the only first one was used. The optimal annealing temperature was 64 řC; optimal concentration of magnesium was 2mM. TOPO XL have proved best results in our research in between cloning kits we tried. The CDS for ABCC4 and ABCC5 were cloned into the vector. Inserts were rended with the use of restrictive endonucleasis. ABCC4 was gashed by Spe I and Not I and ABCC5 by EcoR I and Hind III. With the same endonucleasis, the process of rending was repeated for pZeoSV2(-). Afterwards, the inserts were cloned into pZeoSV2(-).

System approach and simulation of business processes in the chosen restaurant
Taraskina, Anastasiya ; Krejčí, Igor (advisor) ; Horáková, Tereza (referee)
The bachelor thesis is concentrating on application of system dynamics in the real restaurant, to be more specific on ordering system of vegetables to minimize its throwing out. In theoretic part there is mentioned the history of system dynamics, its many applications in the world and in the Czech Republic. Next there are explained important terms that are connected to system dynamics. There is mentioned the relation between system dynamics and system thinking. Also there are tools used to describe structure of the system and the most recent system's archetypes. The practical part describes the restaurant and there are set goals that the model is trying to achieve. There are described two diagrams, one is causal loop diagram and the other is stock and flow diagram. Thanks to these diagrams it was possible to receive optimization for needed data and to achieve set goals.
