Space in Valle-Inclán's Sonatas

V první kapitole naší práce jsme stručně přiblížili některé teoretické přístupy ke studiu poetiky prostoru v literárním díle. Cílem bylo na základě různých inspirací vytvořit metodu, která by vyhovovala zkoumání prostorové konfigurace čtyř Sonát Ramóna M. del Valle- Inclána. Vedoucí inspirací se stala studie polského teoretika Januzse Sławińskeho. V závislosti na ní jsme se rozhodli zaměřit nejdříve na styl a specifika popisu prostoru. Centrální částí našeho zkoumání se pak mělo stát podrobné studium struktury nejdůležitějších prostorů Pamětí markýze Bradomína, vedoucí k určení významotvornosti prostorové složky pro textový celek a k odhalení jejího vztahu k složkám dalším. V kapitole o popisu jsme shrnuli nejzávažnější rysy a specifika deskripce prostorů v Sonátách. Sledovali jsme metodu francouzského teoretika Philippa Hamona, srovnávajíce jeho závěry ze zkoumání popisu v realisticko-naturalistickém diskursu s podobou popisu v Sonátách. Jako nejvýznamnější charakteristiky deskripce v tomto díle jsme určili vysokou míru vypravěčovy subjektivity při popisu, dynamizující zdobnost podtémat jednotlivých prostorů a používání kulturních klišé, jež vede k aktivnímu zapojení čtenáře do literární komunikace. This thesis is analyzing a sample of computer graphics from late eighties and early nineties of 20th century. It consists of brief introduction into methods of producing bitmap graphics in low resolution on IBM PC. It is also mentioning art techniques used for creating bitmap graphics, and changes of those techniques in dependence on technology development. The aim is to find connections between low resolution graphics, computer game industry and cyberculture. Thesis is giving examples of contemporary pixelart and graphic design as a proof of cultural impact of described historic period. It also provides examples of an didactic applications of previous findings in the educational part.

The culture 2.0. To problems of web 2.0 and cultural aspects of online communication

This graduation theses is focusing principally on the new form of computer mediated communication called web 2.0. In the last decades we have been able to be observers and also participants in the changes that have been caused in our society through the introduction of new technologies of information and communication. In the early nineties, many expectations were generated and great promises were made around the expansion of the ICT. Almost fifteen years later, events have sometimes confirmed this, but many others have toned down or even annulled the initial expectations. The existence of internet has made it possible to change the relations between users and the media and has given rise to the birth of new forms of civic, cultural and political participation. This work analyse the new possibilities and the limits presented by the new forms of organization and participation that are conjectured in a new information society.

Outdoor training

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je metoda vzdělávání pracovníků, která se odehrává mimo pracoviště - Outdoor trénink. Tato interaktivní metoda je založena na vlastní aktivitě účastníků a vychází z teorie, která říká, že si nejlépe zapamatujeme poznatky, které jsme si prakticky vyzkoušeli a zažili. Proto jsou účastníci kurzů stavěni do různých modelových situací, které vyžadují velké osobní nasazení jednotlivců a úzkou spolupráci celého týmu. Do popředí se nedostávají jen racionální úvahy a rozhodnutí, ale také silné emoce a city. Tímto propojením vznikají velice atraktivní a zábavné programy, kde bývá motivace účastníků větší něž při klasickém způsobu učení, tudíž i efekt učení bývá větší. Neoddělitelnou součástí Outdoor tréninku je rozbor, čili ohlédnutí se za prožitou aktivitou, analýza pocitů, slabých a silných stránek. Poté následuje zobecnění konkrétního pozorování do polohy v praxi využitelných poznatků. Skupina si na modelových hrách a simulacích ověří, zda funguje jako efektivní tým, jak ve skupině probíhá komunikace a delegování úkolů, jak si skupina dokáže zorganizovat čas. Odhalí se také specifické role, které jedinci ve skupině sehrávají a samozřejmě se projeví i individuální rysy osobnosti. Vojtěch SEVERÝN Prague, 2012 ABSTRACT Title: Proposal and implementation of communication plan for charity Auction of ice- hockey jerseys and other original items Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to propose a project of the charity Auction of ice-hockey jerseys and the other original items with focus on the proposal, analysis and evaluation of efficiency of the communication plan. Methods: The whole thesis is designed as a case study. The efficiency of the communication plan is measured on a visits of microsite created for this project and also on a visits of the individual auctions. The yield of the auction is also an indicator of the efficiency. The project and also the implementation of communication activities were held from 7. 5. to 17. 5. 2012, and in the same time the monitoring of attendance was under way. Some indicators are compared to the period before the project started. Results: We found what communication tools were suitable for such a project, what tools were useless, if the timing of communication actions were right or wrong. Based on "behaviour" of the audience we proposed some options for developing of this project. The theme of graduation theses is a myth in view of philosophy. It is concerned with species interaction myth, epos and logos; myth, philosophy and science; myth and education. There are two meanings of myth: an incorrect scheme and a deep structure, preexisting before thinking, which is manifested by mythology or arts. There are three modalities of human being - science, philosophy and myth. Our education system is concentrating on science, but we are thinking, that philosophy and myth represented by creativity and arts are as important as well, so the education system would be brought into line with it.

Veslařský slang jsme v této diplomové práci pojali jako vrstvu národního jazyka, která je charakteristická pro komunikaci v prostředí veslařského sportu. Je to tedy soubor nespisovných lexikálních jednotek, které se používají v běžných mluvených projevech veslařů amatérů i profesionálů a které pojmenovávají denotáty charakteristické pro toto prostředí. Veslařský slang je, jako ostatně každý slang, spjat s určitou sociální skupinou, která jej užívá.

in the Czech art of the first half of the twentieth century. As the mystíc I define this artist, who dedicates his entire life to searching for God- in aU of his forms. In the introduction Bejore the Start I sket ch the spiritual milieu of the tirne. In the first chapter lmages oj Gods I demonstrate the contemporary prototype of the mystical f1uctuate person comparing two artist: Rudolf Adámek and Josef Váchal, who were both deeply involved in many occultism organizations. The second chapter TheWay to the Hereafter speaks comprehensively about the movement of the spiritualism in Bohemia in those days. I focus on the artists, who actively participated in spiritual séances, often having even played the role of spiritual medium. The third chapter Th? Way to the East deals with the oriental philosophies, which thanks to the doctrine of H.P. Blavatsky entered into the lives of many Cz ech artists. They started to practise yoga, studied buddhism and meditate. The new life style inf1uenced also their art. In the last, fourth chapter Thé! Art Education as Prevention - Case Study of Fraternal Twins

Název: Umělecká výchova jako prevence - Případová studie dvojvaječných dvojčat Art education as prevention - A case study offraternal twins Cíl práce: Cílem této studie je zjistit, které prostředky z oblasti umělecké výchovy ponejvíce ovlivňují zdravý vývoj dětí - sourozenců, v mém případě dvojčat chlapců, předškolního věku, jejich zralost pro mateřskou školu a následně pak jejich školní zralost. Metoda: Kvalitativní výzkum, ve kterém jsme sledovali dvojvaječná dvojčata. Pozorováním, zaznamenáváním a komparací chování, jevů a názorových posunů od narození po nástup do MŠ (3roky a 5 měsíců) jsme zjišt'ovali efektivitu působení Umělecké výchovy (Pohybová, Hudební, Výtvarná a Pracovní), posuny v motorickém vývoji, chování, projevech a posléze komunikačních dovedností. Výsledky: Z výsledků pozorování dvojčat je patrné, že prostředky umělecké výchovy kladně ovlivnili sledovaná dvojvaječná dvojčata. Znamená to, že dvojčata dohnala zpoždění senzomotorického vývoje. Prostředky umělecké výchovy tedy nebyly pouze preventivní, ale v počátku ranného věku dvojčat i terapeutické. Phospholipase D Beta in hormonal signaling of Arabidopsis Thaliana

Plants, as well as all other living organisms, have to react to environmental changes and are forced to put up with the danger that comes from their environment. As a response to this danger, a sophisticated defense system, which moderates responses to stress cues, comes from the outside as well as created inside the plant itself, has evolved in plants. The signaling in this system is mediated by a number of phytohormones, which include salicylic acid, jasmonic acid, abscisic acid, ethylen and auxins. The phytohormone signaling results in a transcription of specific genes. One of the essential components of this signaling network is the phospholipid signaling system, where enzymes called phospholipases play a major role. These enzymes catalyze the hydrolysis of phospholipids, which are part of cellular membranes and products of the hydrolysis can act as signal transferring molecules. In this thesis we studied the potential engagement of phospholipase Dβ isoform into signaling pathways, using an Arabidopsis thaliana mutant plant with mutations in both genes coding phospholipase Dβ. Firstly, we verified that wild type phospholipase Dβ mRNA is not being transcribed in the mutant plants.
