This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of feuilletons of Ludvik Vaculik. The first part is dedicated to summary efforts demarcation of feuilleton from its beginning up to the present by literary theory. The second part contains interpretation analysis, which is divided to three chapters according to particular thematic areas. In the third part is included an interview with Ludvik Vaculik. Non-financial motivation of workers in the education sector and the commercial sector

The aim of the bachelor thesis is "The comparison of non-financial motivation of workers in the education sector and the commercial sector." As a specific education representatives were chosen for comparison "Elementary Schools" and as a representatives for the commercial sector "business companies in the area of IT." The work is divided into several parts. The first part focuses on the definition of theoretical conceptions related to motivation, stimulation of human resources and also mentioned the main theories on motivation. Another "methodology" part is focused on the description of the research strategy and the process of gathering and processing of the obtained data. The next part "analytics" of which are evaluated results of research which was conducted in personally with questionnaire and with the option of additional questions in the context of semi-structured interview. The conclusion is conceived as a verbal summary of lessons learned derived from questionnaires and subsequent interviews, in terms of comparison of non-financial motivation of workers in the education sector and the commercial sector and offers a new perspective on the use of existing motivational tools in both spheres.
Political education at primary schools leading to development of children's understanding of politics

The aim of this thesis is to suggest possibilities of effective education of political issues at primary schools. The theoretical part provides an overview of the literature and organizations related to political education of young learners. Framework Education Programme and homeland study textbooks are analyzed in this part, too. The second, practical, part describes the preparation and implementation of qualitative research, which took the form of semi-structured interviews with pupils in the fifth grade. The core of the practical part is in the presentation and interpretation of acquired data. At the very end of the work the goal is fulfilled as the design of learning activities leading students to a deeper understanding of politics is found.
Primary School Head Teacher and His Professional Role Adaptation Process

The current thesis deals with proces od adaptation of headmasters in its working position. In the theoretical part is focused on the presentation of the school as a system, the specifics of education system and its management, the actual work of heads of schools and the process of adaptation of headmasters. In the practical part I focused on the beginning of the headmasters career, and the process of adaptation of the headmasters on the professional role. I was looking for phenomena that are typical start headmaster career, how they affect the process of adaptation but also the rest of the headmaster career. To obtain the necessary data, I chose a qualitative research, namely the form of interviews that I conducted with ten directors of elementary schools in Praha and in Kraj Vysočina. Štefánik observatory - last 45 years seen by its employees

Main issues of this work are to describe the surrounding of Štefánik observatory and to extend knowledge about its wide history, specially the recent one. Cornerstones of this knowledge have become from interviews with the employees, who worked on Štefánik observatory during the normalization, possibly earlier; and some of them are still work there. The leading of the interviews was made by method of oral history. The work is based also on available bibliography, which concerns mostly to methodology; newspaper articles which relate to observatory history or important events. The text is primarily focused on interviews experiences and feelings and besides the work presents their testimony. In the text are worked up some topics, which concern to professional activity, relationships, perceptions of ages 1968 and 1989, and finally the projection the movies about Apollo programme. The goal of this work is not come to clear conclusions but to reflect experiences of interviewees into historical context, alternatively take a look into working life of Štefánik observatory employees. Quality of domiciliary services from a user's perspective

Petra Slaná ABSTRACT The thesis "Quality of domiciliary services from a user's perspective" deals with issues of quality of care services. Its aim was to find out what users expect from a quality service. Based on qualitative research and knowledge gained from practice was also to create a methodology for user satisfaction domiciliary services. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part contains the definition of old age, approaching the issue of aging, self-sufficiency and human needs in old age. It provides demographic and statistic data about the aging population. It focuses on social services in general, their definition, types and forms. It outlines the form of social services for seniors in the Czech Republic and in selected countries of European Union. It describes systems of quality used in the commercial sphere and in the service area. The theoretical part concludes with an overview of the factors which determine user satisfaction. The aim of the empirical part was to identify areas that may be an important quality of service criteria. Thanks to these users can evaluate the quality of services. Integration of children with visual impairments in physical education classes

Title: Integration of children with visual impairments in physical education classes Objectives: The main goal is insight into the integration of visually impaired pupils in physical education classes in regular primary school classroom. I find out how the student with visual impairments feel during PE lessons and how you think it is perceived by those around? The operational objective of the research is to find out how a particular case of a child with visual impairments successful integration into regular primary schools, both participated in it and how it influenced the person concerned. Also, I want to find out the extent to which such integration becomes difficult for people who are involved in it. Methods: Combining interview techniques, long-term observation and analysis of pedagogical documentation in the case study student. Results: The pupil with visual impairment has been successfully adapted in the process of integration in physical education regular primary school. This is evidenced by the positive results and improvement of the integrated pupil. However, the results point to the problem of integration in the 1st degree, due to the lack of competence of teachers.
