Cílem bakalářské práce je "Porovnání nefinanční motivace pracovníků ve školství a komerční sféře". Konkrétními zástupci školství byly pro porovnání zvoleny "Základní školy" a za zástupce komerční sféry "Obchodní společnosti z oblasti IT". Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. První část je zaměřena na vymezení teoretických pojmů týkajících se motivace, stimulace lidských zdrojů a jsou zde zmíněny hlavní teorie týkající se motivace. Další část "metodologická" je zaměřena na popis výzkumné strategie a postupu sběru a vyhodnocení získaných dat. Následuje část "analytická" ve které jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky výzkumu, který byl prováděn osobně dotazníkovým šetřením s využitím možnosti doplňujících otázek v rámci polo strukturovaného rozhovoru. Závěr je koncipován, jako slovní shrnutí získaných poznatků, získaných z dotazníků a následných rozhovorů, v rámci porovnání nefinanční motivace pracovníků ve školství a komerční sféře a nabízí možnost nového pohledu na využití stávajících motivačních nástrojů v obou sférách. The aim of the bachelor thesis is "The comparison of non-financial motivation of workers in the education sector and the commercial sector." As a specific education representatives were chosen for comparison "Elementary Schools" and as a representatives for the commercial sector "business companies in the area of IT." The work is divided into several parts. The first part focuses on the definition of theoretical conceptions related to motivation, stimulation of human resources and also mentioned the main theories on motivation. Another "methodology" part is focused on the description of the research strategy and the process of gathering and processing of the obtained data. The next part "analytics" of which are evaluated results of research which was conducted in personally with questionnaire and with the option of additional questions in the context of semi-structured interview. The conclusion is conceived as a verbal summary of lessons learned derived from questionnaires and subsequent interviews, in terms of comparison of non-financial motivation of workers in the education sector and the commercial sector and offers a new perspective on the use of existing motivational tools in both spheres.
