Analysis of the content of work performance of pedagogical workers in pre-primary education

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the governance of educational staff output in the nursery environment. The thesis highlights the need for governance based on the control of human resources agreed between the nursery director and the educational staff regarding the future work output. The theoretical part is concerned with the interactions between governance and personal work effort. The key terms of personal work effort, governance and the content of work output are defined in accordance with expert literature. The practical part deals with research investigations within the nursery environment with the aim of analysing the governance of educational staff. It will provide information as to whether nursery directors have formal governance contract in place with their staff with respect to the expected work output and whether the educational staff have a plan of personal development. It will additionaly analyse how both nursery directors and educational staff use the assessment of their future work and whether the staff are provided with feedback. A questionnaire will be used to enable the research. Based on the questionnaire results a semi-structured interview with the nursery director and analysis of nursery documents will be conducted.
Using of Coaching Method in the Kinetic Therapy - Focused on the Personal Development

This work is focused on the possibilities of linking methods of coaching and physical therapy in the field of psychological personal development. The author explains the concepts related to coaching and physical therapy and introduces to the reader the current situation in these two interconnected fields. The aim of this work is to find out if and how to use the coaching techniques in physical therapy. The rate of utilization of these techniques is verified by a qualitative survey. Design and Realisation of the Competency Approach for Children of Younger School Age in the Junák - Czech Scouting Organisation

The aim of this thesis is to create and implement a competency-based approach in the organization Junák - Czech Scouting for children of younger school age. Further, it analyses the possibilities and limits of such an approach. The theoretical part deals with the development of key competencies through scout education. Special attention is paid to the transformation of the educational programme in the children's organization Junák - Czech Scout at the beginning of the 21st century. Furthermore, the terms of competence and key competence are discussed. The practical part was carried out as action research in the 3rd Scout Unit Holubov. Using a questionnaire survey, the research first focuses on the reflection of Scout Paths, which represent the current scout tool for applying the competency-based approach. The next part of the research concentrates on creating a new competency-based model that verifies and reflects in practice. In the final part, the possibilities and limits of this new model are analyzed and suggestions for further implementations are proposed. Education of volunteers in Pionýr

This work is focused on the education of volunteers in Pionýr, which is organized within this association. The aim is to find out what the motivation of volunteers to take part in the education courses and what is the benefit of the courses for their work with children as well as for their personal development. In case someone does not participate in the course, there are reasons for not taking part in the course. The data are obtained through questionnaires that were distributed among volunteers registered within the Pionýr. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to improve the quality of education courses, focus on specific topics and make courses more attractive.
Educational needs analysis of teachers at selected elementary school

This diploma thesis, entitled "Analysis of the educational needs of teachers at a selected primary school", deals a priori with the educational needs of teachers at a selected primary school in Prague, which the student selected as the most suitable for their own research. The aim of the work was to identify and analyze the educational needs, if possible, of all teachers of the selected primary school, on the basis of which an adequate educational program will be determined, which will be mediated in full conclusion its pedagogical staff as a certain directive for the possible improvement of the process of further education of primary school pedagogical staff. Teachers can often encounter certain barriers in their pedagogical work, which stand between themselves and their further education. In connection with this fact, the work is focused on this issue. The theoretical part of this thesis puts emphasis on the basic terms from the construction field, motivation and self-development. In the practical part of this thesis the working hypothesis are proposed and the exploratory research is carried out with its analysis. Personal development of employees in social services represents a significant preventive potential in terms of avoiding work related exhaustion. It helps safeguard human resources for the profession which is not fullly appreciated in both respects, financial and prestigious. The main problem in the field of social services is a lack of information namely in terms of further personal development of the social workers. This doctoral thesis aims to describe causes, manifestations and consequences of the exhaustion. It also focuses on alternatives which enable prevention of negative impacts of the occupational load. The purpose of this academic paper is to facilitate study at an accredited course for its students as well as teachers and other educational community. This bachelor thesis analyses two writings by the Austrian writer Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach, namely Child of the Neighbourhood and The Excellent Pupil, with an emphasis on the childhood and maturation of the main characters. With this focus in mind, the thesis examines their behaviour and ability to manage complex social situations.
