Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem rozšíření motivačního systému společnosti Bosch Diesel s. r. o. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky týkající se motivace zaměstnanců. Následně je pomocí interních zdrojů společnosti a dotazníkového šetření vytvořena analytická část, na kterou navazují návrhy nových prvků motivačního systému společnosti. The diploma thesis deals with the proposal of extending the motivation system of Bosch Diesel company. The theoretical part summarizes the findings concerning employee motivation. Subsequently, an analytical part is created using internal sources of the company and a questionnaire survey.
