Current approches to teaching music at primary and secondary schools and music theory at art schools

This bachelor's thesis primarily deals with modern approaches in teaching music education at ZUŠ, as well as teaching music education at primary and secondary schools. The first chapter summarizes the basic concepts necessary for understanding the whole system of music education. Here I analyze in more detail the framework educational program of primary schools, secondary schools and art schools, which is the basic building block in the creation of the school educational program of each school. In the second chapter I discuss the issue of enrollment at ZUŠ, where I analyze musical talents and methods of their diagnosis in the context of enrollment at ZUŠ. In the professional literature, enrollment at ZUŠ is mentioned only marginally, so I devoted enough space to this topic in my work. The third chapter deals with internal and external factors influencing teaching and summarizes my perspective on individual aspects of teaching and lessons. I try to present my experiences in a clear way and then pass them on to the reader. I dedicate the fourth chapter to research, establish hypotheses and evaluate the collected data. Drama Education and its use in School Educational Programs at Primary Schools in Šluknov region

The aim of my diploma thesis is to find out how drama education at primary schools in the Šluknov Hook is reflected. In particular, I focus on how drama education is included in school curricula, whether the methods and principles of drama education are used in compulsory subjects for the development of key competencies, and how drama education is applied in the fulfilment of interdisciplinary relationships and cross-cutting themes. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. The aim of the theoretical part of the work is to acquaint the reader with the development of the educational curriculum in the Czech Republic, basic terms, and principles of drama education. The empirical part of the work presents the results of the research. The research was carried out in the preparation phase of this work. The aim of the research was to map how the principles of drama education are reflected at the primary schools in the Šluknov Hook. The appendices include a proposal for a drama education lesson for an elementary teaching class. Implementation of health education into the school educational program of the selected school

The work is divided into a theoretical part and a research survey. In the theoretical part I deal with concepts in the field of health, health promotion at school, the field of Human and their health, the subject of health education, I describe the framework educational program and school educational program. Last but not least, I focus on the implementation, explanation of this concept and the actual implementation of health education in the school curriculum. The second part is focused on the analysis of the school educational program, where I examine the school educational program of a specific school. The next part is a semi-structured interview and a questionnaire, which will take place online. The data will be displayed in graphical form. In the end, I will present the proposals for changes in the school educational program of health education on this school, which I will create on the basis of the obtained data. Support of health in the curriculum of the Nursing College and Secondary Nursing School in Prague 1

The topic of the following thesis is the health promotion included in curriculum of Special Medical High School and Medical High School in Prague 1. The aim of a qualitative research is to find out how the school adopted the possibility of health promotion in its curriculum and other educational documents, what is the life style of the teachers and their particular experience in health promotion during their classes. Three different data collecting techniques were used when doing the research: semi- structured interviews with selected teachers; class observation; analysis of relevant pedagogical documents. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the history and presence of the schools selected, pedagogical documents and also with chosen pedagogical staff. Further it informs about specific school health support projects. The practical part contains final results of qualitative research which shows that the topic of health support is included in many areas of chosen documents. Its following realization depends not only on financial possibilities and capacity of the school but mainly on particular teachers and their responsible approach to this issue within their lessons and lifestyle. Factors influencing the inclusion of artistic gymnastics at the lower secondary school

This diploma thesis is focused on the factors influencing the teaching of sport gymnastics at lower secondary school. It was found out when the teachers met themselves with the teaching of artistic gymnastic, their opinions of the inclusion of sport gymnastics in school physical education, the material equipment of the gym at their disposal and the risks of possible injuries. The inclusion of sport gymnastics into the school educational program will be described in the theoretical part. The practical part is compare the results of questionnaires answered by teachers from the primary and lower secondary school and completed by an interview. Using children's media experience in formal media education

The topic of the Bachelor thesis is media education for tweeners. The aim of this thesis is to define the theoretical basis as well as practical recommendations for tweenager media education, which can be applied in both, formal media education by teachers at schools and informal media education by parents at home. This Bachelor thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical, and deals with an interdisciplinary examining of media education in the context of media experience and the way tweenaregs come acroos media at school, at home and in third spaces (in their free time). The aim of this work is to find out how the tweenagers undrestand the media; in what way, where and with whom they come across media; how the media are used by them, how the media are perceived and which personal and educational experiences, risks and benefits the tweenagres associate with media. The theoretical part of the work gathers the information from literature and tries to insight into the field of formal and informal media education and media literacy, the way of realising media education in the Czech Republic, changing form of childhood, children's culture, tweenagers' media experience and positive or negative influence of media. The thesis focuses on school facilities of special interest education - the after-school clubs.The aim of this thesis was to compare school education programs of six school clubs with each other, what is their quality and whether they correspond to legislative requirements.
