Increasing of Effectiveness of Managerial Work in Judiciary

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the actual state of manpower and managerial activity at the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) as the highest judicial authority. Based on the findings from the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with the managers of the SAC changes in the management of the SAC are proposed that shall lead to the intended aim, i. e. increase efficiency of managerial work.

The diploma thesis on The issue of home office in the selected company in terms of the advantages and the disadvantages working from home aims to analyze and identify the advantages and the disadvantages of home office and propose a suitable procedure for motivating employees to use home office in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the study of literature and other available sources and summarizes the basic concepts and knowledge in this area. It defines the concept of personnel management and focuses on the development stages of the managerial approach to personnel, introduces and describes flexible forms of employment, characterizes and defines the concept of home office and gets acquainted with the current legislation on work outside the workplace in the Czech Republic. This thesis deals with the beginning phase of career manager for organization non- formal education. The work examines the process that precedes the onset school manager to executive positions primarily in terms of motivation, expectations and subsequent reality. It describes the initial phase of his work in a new role in life from the perspective of the management of school facilities and other activities associated with this process . The work is mapped to what extent the entrance to the Director and his previous preparation reflects on the development of controlled organization and quality of education provided . It also describes how to correspond to the expectations of the individual manager of educational facilities with a daily reality in the context of changing conditions providing non-formal education, based on education legislation and the overall development of society in the approach to the use of leisure time. The influence of interculturality in communication of employees in organization

The work deals with the cultures and its impact on communication of the organization. It focuses on the influence of cultural background and personality related to the specifics of communication between workers and managers communicate with employees. Attention is focused on the differences in the behavior of workers from different cultural environment, the importance of specific knowledge of other cultures to overcome differences and optimal cooperation in intercultural environments. The issue of interculturality and its impact on communication between workers in an organization is viewed primarily in terms of personnel management and the work also deals with the different approaches to the management of the group of countries.
