Diplomová práce na téma Problematika home office ve vybrané organizaci z hlediska výhod a nevýhod práce z domova si klade za cíl analyzovat a identifikovat výhody a nevýhody home office a navrhnout vyhovující postup pro motivování pracovníků při využívání home office ve vybrané organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce je zpracována na základě studia odborné literatury a dalších dostupných zdrojů a shrnuje základní pojmy a poznatky z této oblasti. Definuje pojem personální management a zaměřuje se na vývojové etapy manažerského přístupu k personálu, představuje a popisuje flexibilní formy zaměstnání, charakterizuje a vymezuje pojem home office a seznamuje se se současnou legislativní úpravou práce mimo pracoviště v České republice. Praktická část práce je zaměřená na již zmíněnou analýzu a identifikaci výhod a nevýhod home office ve vývojové a konzultační společnosti a na navržení vyhovujícího postupu pro motivování pracovníků při využívání home office. Praktická část práce obsahuje cíl a metodiku šetření, problém a zdůvodnění šetření, charakteristiku vzorku, časový harmonogram šetření, sběr dat, analýzu dat. V závěru praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky šetření, které jsou pro lepší přehlednost rozděleny do třech dílčích kapitol, a práce je ukončena... The diploma thesis on The issue of home office in the selected company in terms of the advantages and the disadvantages working from home aims to analyze and identify the advantages and the disadvantages of home office and propose a suitable procedure for motivating employees to use home office in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the study of literature and other available sources and summarizes the basic concepts and knowledge in this area. It defines the concept of personnel management and focuses on the development stages of the managerial approach to personnel, introduces and describes flexible forms of employment, characterizes and defines the concept of home office and gets acquainted with the current legislation on work outside the workplace in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the already mentioned analysis and identification of advantages and disadvantages of home office in a development and consulting company and on designing a suitable procedure for motivating employees in the use of home office.
