Classroom climate in kindergarten

The bachelor thesis is aimed at the issue of classroom climate in kindergarten. The theoretical part is based on professional literature. It presents the school climate, classroom climate and climate actors, especially in the context of kindergarten. The theoretical part also deals with methods of climate diagnostics. The practical part presents a qualitative research, which consists, for example, of observation, interview and analysis of the results of activities. The aim of practical part is to present the possibilities of climate diagnostics in kindergarten, the perception of the classroom clime by kindergarten teachers and teaching assistants.
Prevention of Bullying in School Environment

The bachelor's thesis deals with a summary of existing knowledge about the issue of bullying and the use of this information in a questionnaire survey conducted among primary school teachers. The work also offers the opportunity to take into account different concepts of prevention and prevention programs that will help prevent a greater increase in bullying in schools. The questionnaire survey aims to find out to what extent teachers feel familiar with the prevention of risky behavior and how they evaluate the implementation of prevention and solution of possible risky behavior at school. The work maps the awareness of primary school teachers about the issue of prevention and thus provides possible correlations between various factors that may affect the relationship of teachers to bullying and its prevention.
Analysis of a social adaptation of handicapped students at specialised high school

In the theoretical part of this diploma thesis I dealt with the analysis of social adaptation of students with disabilities in high school with a special focus. I was interested in factors related to this issue. I tried to point out the possible pros and cons of involving these students in a special high school environment. I also pointed out the risk factors in the educational needs and limits of students with specific types of disabilities. The thesis also contains some recommendations for a suitable educational approach. The practical part contains research that was conducted qualitatively. For this purpose I chose the method of semi-structured interviews with nine respondents (students of one class from high school with a special focus), the age range of students was 18-28 years. I believe that thanks to the chosen procedure I had the opportunity to find out in more detail how students with disabilities subjectively perceive the environment in which they study, how they perceive ties in the class team, what support they see in their teachers and how they perceive the educational process at this particular school. Jaroslav Herden: A Music Teacher

The thesis introduces one of the most important personalities of the Czech musical pedagogy of the last century - professor PaedDr. Jaroslav Herden, CSc. Its aim of the thesis is to present the wide range of pedagogical activities he practiced. The thesis consists of six main chapters dealing with Herden's life with the focus on his musical activities, his education and professional growth. The chapters analyse Herden's experience at the Faculty of Education at Charles University in Prague and his publication and broadcast activities. This work also mentions the Summer School of Music, as Herden was its founder. The last part of the thesis focuses on the heritage of this extraordinary personage.
Proceedings of the adaptation process of preschool children on entry into primary education, possible problems and their prevention

The aim of my thesis was to compare the attitudes of school management to ensure smooth transfer of children from pre-school to primary education, and to compare these approaches in urban and rural schools. The work consists of theoretical and research. Both these parts are designed to provide answers to questions about managing process of adaptation to different types of schools. The theoretical part is devoted to the general management. It deals with the concepts of management, managerial functions, adaptation, communication, etc. Specifies the position of the school as an organization. Describes the issue of school readiness of children coming into primary education. The research part is looking for answers to research questions related to the issue management process of adaptation. The final section is devoted to evaluation of the data and suggests ways to address the prevention of adaptation problems arising from the management process of adaptation of pupils in first class. Creativity of teachers in the educational process in primary school

The diploma thesis "Creativity of teachers in an educational process in primary school" focuses on creativity of teachers, which is a prerequisite of every teacher in current education. The thesis is divided into two parts; theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on general knowledge, which appertains to the questions of creativity in the work of the pedagogues. In this part, the important factors are also described, which help to lead to the creative approach in the teaching. One of these factors is using activating methods. These represent the main approaches of the pedagogues to teach creatively. The theoretical part is also focused on the position of the teachers in the process of school inclusion and on the appropriate teaching methods and strategies for inclusive education. The practical part focuses on activating methods in teaching. The investigative survey was carried out via questionnaire, and its main objective was to explore the extent of using activating methods by teachers at basic schools. It also looks at whether these methods are considered to be an appropriate instrument to the creative and effective mediation of the curriculum for all pupils, including pupils with special education needs.
