Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou klimatu třídy v mateřské škole. Teoretická část, která vychází z odborné literatury představuje klima školy, klima třídy a aktéry klimatu především v kontextu mateřské školy. Závěr teoretické části se věnuje metodám diagnostiky klimatu. V praktické části je představeno kvalitativní šetření, které se například skládá z pozorování, rozhovoru a analýzy výsledků činností. Cílem kvalitativního šetření je předložení možností diagnostiky klimatu v mateřské škole a jak vnímají klima třídy učitelky mateřské školy a asistent pedagoga. The bachelor thesis is aimed at the issue of classroom climate in kindergarten. The theoretical part is based on professional literature. It presents the school climate, classroom climate and climate actors, especially in the context of kindergarten. The theoretical part also deals with methods of climate diagnostics. The practical part presents a qualitative research, which consists, for example, of observation, interview and analysis of the results of activities. The aim of practical part is to present the possibilities of climate diagnostics in kindergarten, the perception of the classroom clime by kindergarten teachers and teaching assistants.
