The bachelor thesis focuses on the sales promotion and advertising of Hos' trading company. The intention of the thesis is to modify the marketing communication based on the analyses carried out and to create proposals that should increase the satisfaction of existing customers and increase awareness among potential customers. The thesis includes a theoretical part, an analytical part and a design part.
Interpersonal Communication on Social Networks: A Case Study of the Project Therapy by Sharing

In my diploma thesis, I conduct an analysis of the relational conversations of the Therapy by sharing project that took place online and are recorded both in books and on the social network Instagram. The aim of my thesis is to present how the relational interactions of contemporary young generations are constructed, and to show how people negotiate with each other on social networks and how these negotiations are recorded through the aforementioned project. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an empirical part. In the theoretical part, I discuss the theories related to the research area. Emphasis is placed on the problematic aspects of online communication as well as on the specifics of intimate relationships. The research methodology is largely based on quantitative analysis, which examines differences in men's and women's interactions, but I also use qualitative analysis of selected conversations. The material analysed consists of the conversations that make up the content of the Sharing Therapy books, which are also posted on the instagram account @esterajosefina.
Public ethics in the context of online communication

The diploma thesis studies the basic concepts of communication in the context of the online environment and seeks whether there are ethical starting points for users participating in content creation on the Internet (produsers). It deals with the meaning of communication and dialogue, the understanding of what is public and what the mass means, describes the online environment and the media sphere and places it in an ethical framework in which it characterizes the concept of person and explores the essence of the concept of praxis. In view of the basic question of the thesis, general ethical principles and the essence of journalistic and media ethics are also presented, because it was journalism that gave rise to the content creators from among the public even before the Internet. Since the subject of research is the active public on the Internet, the work deals also with the basic human right to freedom of expression and related regulatory legislation. In local and especially Anglo-American sources, it searches for a definition of the term ethics of the public, or at least directional ethical theses that would be as suitable as possible for an application to the given subject area. Transformation of the usage of new media and their role in romantic relationships

The bachelor thesis focuses on the transformation of the usage of new media in romantic relationships of Generation Z. The thesis aims to find out what is the role of social media in romantic relationships, what functions they perform, and how they interfere with them. The first part of the thesis defines new media and social networking sites and then the specifics of presentation and online communication on social media in romantic relationships are explained. The practical part is based on qualitative research. Respondents are members of Generation Z who are users of social networking sites, maintain long-term relationships, and do not share a household with their partner. The data obtained from the conducted semi-structured interviews were analysed by the method of grounded theory. The key topics were those which dealt with the social networking sites impingement to the time shared together, the insistence on privacy, the communication inside relationships, the communication with other sex and motivation for presenting a romantic relationship on social networking sites.
Teacher's cooperation with the family in primary school

This diploma thesis deals with the complete issue of the cooperation and communication among the tripartite: teacher- parent- pupil in primary school. The theoretical part characterizes the institution of the family and the school, describes their relations and an influence of a child when speaking of the society development and its point of view of a child education. It deals with the support of child's keys development (the ability to communicate, to learn, to solve problem situations and to self-evaluate). It offers the point of view of two-way anticipation parent- teacher and their mutual roles. The current new forms of pedagogical communication constitute an integral part of the Diploma thesis - the author deals in detail with important differences in both types of consultations: personal and on-line forms, evaluates their effectivity and difficulties for all involved side. Role of Facebook in TEFL at the Second Level of Primary Schools

This diploma thesis focuses on the role of social network Facebook in the process of English teaching and learning at the second level at Czech primary schools. The theoretical part concentrates on the methodology typically used in TEFL during 20th and 21st century, online teaching and learning as well as communication, describes the history and development of Facebook and deals with the question of online safety. The practical part firstly informs the reader about the development of the research procedure, states the aims and describes the research background. Secondly it deals with the data collection, assessment and evaluation and presents the results acquired from the research. The research was designed to reveal the possible benefits of the use of Facebook in the TEFL process; it consisted of a questionnaire and two types of observation performed by the author of this thesis.
Who are we and who are we becoming within social network sites?

The presented thesis aims to analyze the impact of social networking sites (SNS) in shaping our identity. Especially in the context of changes in everyday life caused by significant increase of SNS users. Unlike previous forms of online identity the identity of SNS users is anchored in the reality. Therefore our identity performance in this environment is closely tied to our real identity and real social network. Part of the thesis describe the influence of real social network on our lives, particularly the strong of weak ties is discussed. The analysis is focused on the processes and forms in which is our identity constructed and manifested within social networking sites. Detailed consideration is aimed on narrative and fragmentary characteristics of such identity. Also the consequences of total indexing of user-generated content and its persistent features are examined. This topic is followed by setting the framework of reputation management and protection of personal data. The findings of research present the forms of user identity on Facebook, the use of privacy settings and in particular the importance of the size of the networks of friends. The relationship between socialization in SNS and in the real world is described.
