This diploma thesis deals with strengthening of competitiveness of the accounting centre “Pneuservis” in the VOP GROUP, s.r.o., which currently faces financial problems and lacks enough competitiveness. Proposals have been outlined on the basis of the strategic analysis. The competitive strategy has been developed for Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o., the part of which has been the formulation of vision, mission and strategic goals. The objective has been defined as acquisition of new customers and, consequently, strengthening of competitiveness of Pneuservis VOP GROUP, s.r.o..
Harmonization of work and family life in women in the managerial positions

This diploma thesis deals with thema of harmonization of family and working duties in women at managerial positions. Background is drawn from the area of psychology of work and organization in theoretical part and from personal experiences of manager women in empirical part. The thesis analyzes the meaning of work in nowdays society, its changes and raising work demands in each individual. Next there are underlined themes of woman in management and social expectations from woman. Used strategies in 7 women were investigated with hep of qualitative research with usage of semistructured interview in real conditions. The thesis draws conclusion that spousal support, supportive family background, a need of self-fulfillment at work, use of flexible working time arrangements and the use of modern technologies are crucial points. The Concept ÚSPĚCH ("SUCCESS") in Lower Secondary and Upper Secondary School Students' Linguistic Picture of the World

The topic of the dissertation is the concept of ÚSPĚCH ("SUCCESS)" in the linguistic picture of the world of Czech students. We consider the research aimed at a deeper understanding of the linguistic picture of the world of children and youth to be highly topical, which corresponds to the current trends in the field of linguistics and didactics. Theoretically and methodologically, it is based on cognitive linguistics and Polish ethnolinguistics, linguistic disciplines focused on the research of the relationship between language and culture, which work with the concept of a linguistic picture of the world. The thesis also draws on American cognitive linguistics, which studies the theory of conceptual metaphor, as well as Czech and foreign didactic applications of the theoretical foundations of cognitive linguistics. The thesis aims to reconstruct the linguistic picture of ÚSPĚCH ("SUCCESS") in a specific group of Czech native speakers - lower secondary and upper secondary school students. Preconditions for successful Rhythmic Gymnastics

4 Abstract Author: Bc. Michaela Šlosarová Title: Prerequisites for the success of rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to assess selected critical success factors of rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic according to the SPLISS 2.0 research within the current system of operation and the development of success at international competitions in previous years. Methods: For the practical part, mixed research was chosen and both qualitative and quantitative research methods were used. The qualitative research is based on semi-structured interviews with three professionals from the rhythmic gymnastics environment. These are representatives from the former presidency of the Czech Rhythmic Gymnastics Association and current coaches. Furthermore, the necessary documents were analysed. In the quantitative research, senior gymnasts were subjected to an electronic questionnaire. Results: The results of this thesis have shown that rhythmic gymnastics in the Czech Republic still has the potential to become a successful sport again and our gymnasts can compete with the world's top gymnasts. Life stages of an active athlete and his sports preparation from the perspective of the family

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to approach the life stages and sports training of an active athlete from the perspective of her family. The dissertation shows various aspects of the preparation of a top athlete and the demands on the athlete and her family. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part discusses theoretical concepts related to free time, sports, health and family. In the second part, the career of the young athlete and the personal experience of her parents are described and analyzed based on the memories of her family and herself.
Stress and coping strategies in sport

Title: Stress and coping strategies in sport Objective: The aim of this thesis was to investigate, based on the information obtained, how elite and recreational athletes cope with stress in a stressful situation. Whether there are significant differences within gender, level and type of sport performed. Methods: A quantitative research design with a survey method was chosen to meet this objective. The chosen questionnaire SVF-78 was sent to the selected respondents by email. The information obtained was analysed in a discussion. Results: The findings of the research are presented in tables, graphs and are accompanied by comments for better clarity. The data obtained were evaluated and compared with the literature. Predispositions to tennis success

Predispositions to tennis success Goals of the work: The goal of this piece of work is to identify, analyze and assess specific abilities, skills and other preconditions, which are necessary for reaching the top level in the game of tennis. The goal is to create certain competency profile of a successful top level tennis player. Methods of the work: Two different methods of research were used. The first method was exploration of the expert literature on given topic to identify and systematize the information concerning abilities, skills and personal qualities of successful top tennis players. The second method was electronic questioning executed on the selective sample of Czech tennis experts and tennis players. This was used for completing a comprehensive idea of a successful player's competency profile. Outcome of the work: The outcome of this work is a comprehensive aggregate of characteristics, which represent necessary requirements on desirable qualities of a successful tennis player. Emotional intelligence as part of intelligent behaviour

For my bachelor work I have chosen emotional intelligence and it's function in the course of human life as a subject of my investigation. I wrote about it's importance, function and possibilities of it's development. My work is divided into three parts. The first part contains general informations, definitions of basic terms, the relation of emotional intelligence and cognitive intelligence, and it's comparison with social intelligence. In this part I also mentioned debatable factors affecting EQ. The second part of my paper is the most important. Here I have done a survey of what is the function of emotional intelligence during childhood and nurture, and in education process (the influence of EQ on achievement, success and motivation in education, how schools work with EQ). The last part is about EQ in adulthood. Here I was thinking about the function and importance of emotional skills in the meaning of successful career, comfortable relationship and well-balanced attitude in postproductive period of life.
Faults affecting the success of nursery schools management

The thesis concerns itself with the identification of common faults in school management with special focus on nursery schools. It compares the findings from literature with personal experience of selected nursery school headmasters. Its main objectives are to define the areas of high risk potential for mistake genesis and to find appropriate recommendations as to how to approach these faults. General perception of the found risk factors, and ways to approach them was subsequently verified in a survey. Lessons drawn from the faults should be perceived positively as a way to success and development. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In practical part six interviews with nursery school headmasters were carried out and more than one hundred and twenty statements in the form of a questionnaire were obtained. A summarizing result of both parts of the thesis is a set of advice for beginner headmasters.
