Práce se zaměřuje na téma sladění rodiny a pracovních povinností u žen na manažerských pozicích. Je čerpáno z oblasti psychologie práce a organizace v teoretické části a z osobních zkušeností manažerek v empirické části. Práce rozpracovává význam práce v současné společnosti, její proměny a zvyšující se nároky na jedince. Dále jsou vyzdvižena témata ženy v managementu a společenská očekávání od ženy. Pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu s použitím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru byly zjišťovány využívané strategie u 7 žen v reálných podmínkách. Dospělo se k závěru, že jako klíčové se pro téma harmonizace jeví podpora od partnera, podpůrné rodinné zázemí, potřeba seberealizace v práci, využívání flexibilních forem pracovního úvazku a zejména využívání moderních technologií mimo pracoviště. Byla zaznamenána nejen tvrdá data, ale také pocity žen plynoucích z budování kariéry a dosahování pracovních úspěchů. Background is drawn from the area of psychology of work and organization in theoretical part and from personal experiences of manager women in empirical part. The thesis analyzes the meaning of work in nowdays society, its changes and raising work demands in each individual. Next there are underlined themes of woman in management and social expectations from woman. Used strategies in 7 women were investigated with hep of qualitative research with usage of semistructured interview in real conditions. The thesis draws conclusion that spousal support, supportive family background, a need of self-fulfillment at work, use of flexible working time arrangements and the use of modern technologies are crucial points. Discovered data were recorded and women feelings emerging from building their careers and gaining work success as well.
