Employee Motivation and Remuneration in a Selected Company

This diploma thesis deals with motivation and remuneration system in a selected company. The thesis is constucted into three parts. In the first theoretical part, there is a literature search done. This should lead to a better understandment of the topic. The second part is devoted to the introduction of the company, description of the current state of the remuneration and motivation system, as well as data collection using a questionnaire survey. In the last part, the results are evaluated and recommendations for the company are constructed.

Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the proposition of changes to the concept of motivational program within a selected company. The thesis contains theoretical backgrounds, the analysis of the current state, and its proposals of changing the company’s motivational system. The analysis results showed that the employees are satisfied with the workplace conditions and their job positions. They are dissatisfied with the salary, communication with the superiors, the lack of opportunities for professional growth, and also with the number of benefits. Among the proposals are new benefits, such as the introduction of ‘sick days’, contributions to life insurance, and contributions to a long-term investment product. The recommendations include praise and use of internal human resources.

Overview of Accounting and Tax Aspects of Emploee Benefits in Selected Company

This bachelor's thesis deals with employee benefits from a tax and accounting point of view. In the theoretical part, we find a literature search that deals with employee motivation, employee benefits and also tax changes in 2024. In the analytical part, the selected company is described, as well as the benefit accounting system in the given company. Here, too, we can find an evaluation of questionnaire surveys and a comparison of the benefits provided with a nationwide survey. At the end, proposed changes in the company leading to employee satisfaction are presented according to information from the questionnaire survey, and there is also a proposal to change the remuneration system.

On-line teaching of pupils in the 1st year of primary school

The thesis entitled On-line teaching of pupils in the first year of primary school deals with the issue of on-line teaching of pupils in the first grades of primary school. The aim of the thesis is to compare this issue from the perspective of class teachers, parents and pupils who have received on-line teaching. In the theoretical part, the thesis deals with topics such as the characteristics of a pupil in the first year of primary school, both psychologically and physically. The general principles of working with a pupil in the first year of primary school are described. In addition, the methods and forms of work used in the regular school classroom for teaching reading and writing. The thesis also describes the basic topics such as online teaching, distance learning and the present form of teaching. The thesis also discusses programs and applications that are suitable for the online form of teaching in the first year of primary school. The practical part, using the research method of semi-structured interviews, deals with the risks and especially the benefits of online teaching in the first grades of primary school from the perspective of three different groups of respondents who have participated in the form of online teaching. Work life balance in the selected company

The thesis deals with the issue of work-life balance in a selected company. The theoretical part introduces the issue and the individual tools related to it. The practical part first fo-cuses on the characteristics of the company. In the next part, based on semi-structured interviews, the individual tools and benefits that the company offers to its employees to help them balance work and personal life are identified. The last part of the thesis deals with a questionnaire survey with employees. Based on this, the work-life balance mea-sures offered by the company were evaluated and the current state of employee satisfacti-on was identified. The thesis concludes by proposing new tools that could lead to the de-velopment of the company in this area, based on the identified shortcomings.
