Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na systém odměňování ve vybrané společnosti a návrhy změn na jeho zlepšení. V první části jsou vymezeny teoretické poznatky z odborné literatury týkající se tématu systému odměňování zaměstnanců. Druhá část se věnuje analýze současného stavu společnosti a působení vnitřních i vnějších vlivů. Třetí část práce se zaměřuje na návrhy změn systému odměňování. This bachelor thesis focuses on the remuneration system in a selected company and proposals for changes to improve it. In the first part, theoretical knowledge from the literature on the topic of the employee remuneration system is defined. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the company and the effect of internal and external influences. The third part of the thesis focuses on proposals for changes to the remuneration system.
