Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu spokojenosti zaměstnanců se systémem odměňování a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Teoretická část přibližuje jednotlivé pojmy, které souvisejí spracovní spokojeností a také s rolí odměňování zaměstnance. Analytická část zhodnocuje stávající situaci ve společnosti prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření. Vnávrhové části práce jsou vytvořena opatření, která mohou dopomoci ke zvýšení spokojenosti zaměstnanců. This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of employee satisfaction with the system of remuneration and employee benefits. The theoretical part introduces the individual concepts related to job satisfaction and the role of employee remuneration. The analytical part evaluates the current situation in the company through a questionnaire survey. In the design part of the thesis measures are developed that can help to increase employee satisfaction.
