Influence of birth order on a person with a focus on middle children

Family represents one of the key environmental factors significantly influencing individuals. Previous studies have shown that the way a person is influenced within this environment i also determined by the role they occupy within the family. One of the related factors can be, among others, the birth order. It may play a role in shaping personality trats among siblings and influencing their life attitudes. For a better understanding of the effects of birth order, this work first addresses the differences between siblings from an evolutionary and ecological perspective, identifies the main factors influencing the birth order effect, and describes the tge characteristics of each specific birth order type. The work provides insights into the issue of birth order's influence, with particular focus on middle-born children, in relation to their personality, sexual behavior, and psychological specificities of middleborns. Research has shown that birth order has a significant effect on middle-born children, particularly in the areas of prosocial behavior, sexual strategy, and manifestations of self- harming or suicidal behavior. Framing of mental illness in selected Czech media

This thesis focuses on the framing of mental illness in the Czech media. It defines the concept of framing and presents the characteristics, process and effects of framing. Simultaneously, the thesis discusses the concept of mental illness and its categorisation in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). The focus is on the state of mental illness in the Czech Republic. Subsequently, prominent research papers dealing with the framing of mental illness are presented. The aim of the quantitative content analysis of this thesis is to find out how Czech daily newspapers framed mental illness in the years 2018, 2020, 2022. The analysis focuses on which illnesses are mentioned, how the mentally ill are presented, how the media frame the causes and solutions of mental illness, and which sources journalists quote. The results show that stigmatising stories are the most common and that journalists tend to use episodic framing. The most cited illnesses were depression and drug addiction, and very often journalists did not specify the exact diagnosis at all.
The influence of social networks on the idea of ​​a healthy lifestyle among young girls

Michaela Soukupová Title: The influence of social networks on the idea of a healthy lifestyle among young girls Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to find out and then describe how social networks influence young girls in selected factors of a healthy lifestyle. The secondary goal of the thesis is to find out what is the positive and negative influence of social networks on selected lifestyle factors among young girls. Methods: A quantitative research method (internet questionnaire) was chosen for the thesis due to a broader focus and the need for more respondents, combined with a qualitative method (semi-structured interview). 50 female respondents aged 15-18 took part in the internet questionnaire, a 17-year-old minor and an 18-year-old adult took part in the semi-structured interview. The survey was created in the Survio program and placed on the social networks Instagram and Facebook. The interview took place online via the Skype platform. Results: 50 respondents aged 15-18 participated in the questionnaire and 2 girls aged 17 and 18 were involved in the semi-structured interview. Insight to European Physiotherapy Education systems: How choice of Alma Mater affect Quality of Life and Quality of Education of Physiotherapy Students

Objective: The objective of this study is to describe and compare the current educational systems and selective modalities related to mental health, sleep quality, nutritional habits a physical activity of physiotherapy students in Europe. Methodology: A cross-sectional, descriptive study processing two questionnaires is used with one dedicated to university representatives and the other to physiotherapy students. Results: Although 75% of students rated their quality of life positively and 47% were satisfied with their mental health, 65% showed higher levels of stress and 50.5% describe dan impaired sleep quality. The minimum physical activity of 150 minutes weekly was described by 78.9% of students, within which 67% engage in strengthening twice a week. Students with a higher stress load/worse psychological health also showed worse sleep quality and lower amount of physical activity, women were significantly worse off. In terms of physical activity and sleep quality, students from Finland and Kosovo achieved the best results, while students from Italy, Greece, and Portugal achieved the worst. The effect of miscarriage on a women's psychological health

This bachelor thesis explores the psychological and social effect of a miscarriage on women's mental health. The aim of this thesis is to provide a complex overview of the physiological impact of miscarriages on women and investigate various factors, which may influence their experience. This research paper is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, the description, etiology, symptoms, most common types, diagnostics and treatment of miscarriage are provided. Additionally, the discussion of treatment includes descriptions of instrument and medicament based methods for removal of the remains of a fetus, their course of action and possible risks. Furthermore, in the theoretical part the empotions women go through and their impact on social background. In the empirical part a detailed description of the quantitative research is presented. The research was completed using a questionnaire distributed among women, who experienced a miscarriage. The questionnaire was distributed online using social networks. The results indicate women's emotionally experience grief, fear, guilt and may influence the psychological well-being of every woman. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the management of personal development of managers of the business company OMAP Financial Group. The thesis combines the theoretical part, where the basic concepts of management are explained and topics such as personality types, motivation, stress management, time management and personal development are discussed, with the practical part, which includes the analysis of all these areas in selected managers. Based on this analysis, recommendations and suggestions are offered to increase their effectiveness and the overall success of the company.
The effect of social contact loss due to COVID-19 pandemic restrctions on physical activity level of the university students

Title: The effect of social contact loss due to COVID 19 pandemic restrictions on physical activity level of the university students. Objectives: The main aim of this work was to examine the evolution of physical activity and contact loss of the university students in Czech republic during the pandemic COVID -19. Methods: Quantitative type of research using the reach technique of the questionnaire, which was made by research team of experts in psychology and sociology from several universities in Czech Republic, under the auspices of the Czech konference of rectors and the council of the universities. The research group consisted 4 426 respondents - active students of czech universities. Results: The physical activity and the social contact have significant influence on quality of life of each person. COVID - 19 pandemic has affected them greatly. Respondents show, that during the pandemic there was a decrease in the regularity of physical activity. The most significat diferences were recorded during the winter semestre 2020/21, when the second wave of the pandemic was taking place.
