Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a vyhodnocení managementu osobního rozvoje manažerů obchodní společnosti OMAP finanční skupina, a.s. Práce spojuje teoretickou část, kde jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy managementu a probírána témata jako jsou osobnostní typy, motivace, stres management, time management a osobní rozvoj, s praktickou částí, která zahrnuje analýzu všech těchto oblastí u vybraných manažerů. Na základě této analýzy jsou navržena doporučení a návrhy na zvýšení jejich efektivity a celkové úspěšnosti společnosti. The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the management of personal development of managers of the business company OMAP Financial Group. The thesis combines the theoretical part, where the basic concepts of management are explained and topics such as personality types, motivation, stress management, time management and personal development are discussed, with the practical part, which includes the analysis of all these areas in selected managers. Based on this analysis, recommendations and suggestions are offered to increase their effectiveness and the overall success of the company.
