Organizational Culture and its Influence on the Effectiveness of Work

This thesis is focused on improving the state of corporate culture in Nutrend D.S., a.s. On the basis of analysis of results obtained in questionnaire inquiry, there were some drawbacks detected in managers getting familiar with the vision and long-term business objectives, in the financial evaluation and incentive system, and also in the working environment. Further there was an existing rivalry identified between different departments and low willingness of employees to attend corporate events. Subsequently, the proposals and recommendations have been processed leading to the elimination of these drawbacks and to improvement of the present state.
Proposal to change the System of Motivation and Remuneration of Employees in a selected Company

The masterś thesis is focused on the system of work motivation and employee satisfaction in a selected company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of motivation, remuneration and employee satisfaction. The analytical part evaluates the current system of motivation and remuneration of the company's employees, employee satisfaction in the field of remuneration, working conditions and interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the effects of internal and external influences on the system. Based on the performed analyzes, changes to the current system are proposed in order to increase employee satisfaction.

This master’s thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge of the selected authors about organizational culture and analyzes the organizational culture of the company EXPONO, Inc. On the basis of a questionnaire survey, interviews, systematic observation and analysis of corporate documents there have been uncovered shortcomings of organizational culture of the company EXPONO, Inc. and have made proposals and recommendations for overall improvement and streamlining the current situation.

This thesis deals with problems of working motivation and satisfaction of employees in the company Jihomoravská armaturka spol. s.r.o. The theoretical part deals with the theory of working motivation and job satisfaction factors of employees. The practical part contains an analysis of the current status of the organization and a research, in which are collected answers to specific research questions. Based on the analysis and interpretation of the responses will be proposed my own recommendations for management about improving the motivation and the employees´ satisfaction.

This bachelor thesis deals with the approaches of Infinit Maximus in Brno to the issues of motivation, remuneration and personal development of employees. The first part of the thesis is a literature search that provides important in-sights on the topic to elaborate the results. The results part is focused on the research of the approaches applied by Infinit Maximus on the above issues, on the evaluation of the success of these approaches, on the determination of their strengths and weaknesses and on the subsequent completion of suggestions for improvement with economic evaluation.
Generace Z a její motivace k práci v oblasti marketingových agentur

Šišmová, A. Generation Z and its motivation to work in marketing agencies. Ba-chelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2023. The bachelor thesis deals with research on the expectations of Generation Z students of economic faculties from the labour market with an emphasis on working in a marketing agency. The research is carried out by means of an indicative analysis of Generation Z, then verified by means of a questionnaire survey and then supplemented by real offers from 4 unnamed marketing agencies. The results of the individual researches were compared to create a simple manual with recommendations for making Generation Z recruitment more effective. Based on the research, it was found that Generation Z prefers non-financial benefits over financial ones. Generation Z expects an adequate starting salary of at least CZK 30,000. Furthermore, Generation Z prefers career growth, holiday beyond the law, flexible working hours and other non-monetary benefits over pay increases. For Generation Z, good teamwork is more important then financial rewards. On the other hand, familiarity of the company and clients is not so important to Generation Z. Generation Z prefers to work in smaller marketing agencies because of the more family workteam and faster career growth.
Motivation of graduates of the bachelor's study programme Addictology to work in addiction treatment services

Background: A study programme Addictology was first opened in the academic year of 2005/2006. The profession of addictologist was enshrined in legislation by the Act No. 96/2004, of paramedical professions, in 2007. Thus, graduates in bachelor's degree in addictology became healthcare professionals gaining qualification to exercise this profession (Miovský et al., 2021). Job motivation represents a psychological process bringing energy and giving direction to work of a person. Motivation to choose and remain in helping professions is the topic of many specialised publications in Czech and foreign literature but minimum number of those focusing on motivation for work in addiction treatment services. Addictology as a field of study is specific not only by its historical context and development, but also by its scope and specialization. This might be also influential in specificity of motivation of workers to enter and stay working in the services. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employee remuneration system in a selected company in a specific department and is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines and explains the basic concepts and problems of the issue. In the subsequent analytical part, a survey of employee and management satisfaction with the remuneration system is conducted, together with an analysis of internal and external factors. The last and final part focuses on suggestions for improving the current remuneration system.
