Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem systému odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti na konkrétním oddělení a je rozdělena na tři části. Teoretická část vymezuje a vysvětluje základní pojmy a problémy dané problematiky. V následné analytické části je proveden průzkum spokojenosti zaměstnanců a vedení se systémem odměňování, společně s analýzou vnitřních a vnějších faktorů. Poslední, závěrečná část se zaměřuje na návrhy zlepšení současného odměňovacího systému. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employee remuneration system in a selected company in a specific department and is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines and explains the basic concepts and problems of the issue. In the subsequent analytical part, a survey of employee and management satisfaction with the remuneration system is conducted, together with an analysis of internal and external factors. The last and final part focuses on suggestions for improving the current remuneration system.
