Východiska: Bakalářský studijní obor adiktologie byl poprvé otevřen v akademickém roce 2005/2006. V roce 2007 byla profese adiktologa legislativně ukotvena v zákoně č. 96/2004 Sb. o nelékařských zdravotnických povoláních, a absolventi bakalářského stupně studia adiktologie se tak stali zdravotnickými pracovníky získávajícími odbornou způsobilost pro výkon této profese (Miovský et al., 2021). Pracovní motivace představuje psychologický proces, který dodává člověku energii a udává směr jeho práci. Motivací k volbě a setrvání v pomáhající profesi se v české a zahraniční literatuře věnuje mnoho odborných publikací, avšak minimum publikací je věnováno motivaci k práci v adiktologických službách. Obor adiktologie je specifický nejen svým historickým kontextem a vývojem, ale také svou šíří a specializací, s čímž může souviset i specifičnost motivace pracovníků do služeb vstupovat a působit v nich. Cíle: Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují motivaci pro práci v adiktologických službách u absolventů bakalářského studijního programu adiktologie. Metody: Základní soubor tvořilo 409 absolventů. Výběr respondentů probíhal metodou totálního výběru. Samotné vyplnění dotazníku probíhalo metodou samovýběru. Výzkumný soubor je tvořen 195 respondenty, kdy návratnost činila 48 %. Pro realizaci... Background: A study programme Addictology was first opened in the academic year of 2005/2006. The profession of addictologist was enshrined in legislation by the Act No. 96/2004, of paramedical professions, in 2007. Thus, graduates in bachelor's degree in addictology became healthcare professionals gaining qualification to exercise this profession (Miovský et al., 2021). Job motivation represents a psychological process bringing energy and giving direction to work of a person. Motivation to choose and remain in helping professions is the topic of many specialised publications in Czech and foreign literature but minimum number of those focusing on motivation for work in addiction treatment services. Addictology as a field of study is specific not only by its historical context and development, but also by its scope and specialization. This might be also influential in specificity of motivation of workers to enter and stay working in the services. Aim: The aim of the thesis is to identify factors that influence motivation for work in addiction treatment services by graduates in a study programme Addictology (bachelor's degree).
