Bakalářská práce je orientována na konkrétní podmínky společnosti ABY s.r.o. Zabývá se otázkou systému odměňování zaměstnanců, který slouží k jejich získání, udržení, motivaci a úpravě pracovních výkonů. První část práce se soustředí na teorii nezbytnou k seznámení s možnostmi systému odměn. Druhá část rozvádí aktuální situaci společnosti. V závěru jsou poté navrženy možné změny. This bachelor thesis is aimed at specific conditions of ABY s.r.o. company. The thesis deals with remuneration system, that serves to acquire, maintain, motivate and adjust of working output. The first part of this thesis focuses on theory, which is necessary for understanding the system possibilities. The second part clarifies actual situation in company. The conclusion suggests possible changes.
