Primary school management in the transition to grammar school dabing the 5th and 7 th grades

In the introductory part of the final bachelor thesis the theoretical basis are described. These are the ones that school management can rely on when influencing the decision-making process of pupils and their legal representatives whether to change to grammar school or whether pupil's education will remain at the existing primary school. The practical part of the paper deals with finding motifs when leaving to grammar schools is considered, in other words, reasons why pupils remain at primary schools. Moreover, it provides recommendations for school management to influence these decisions.
Pre-school education and tendence of its development

The thesis deals with the development of pre-school education in the Czech Republic with a focus on the time period of school years 2005/2006 - 2015/2016. This period was chosen because the author's intention was to assess a longer period of time based on data in the CSI Annual Reports. The annual report for the last school year was available at the time of writing. The aim is to identify and evaluate tendencies in pre-school education within a given time frame. The text is divided into several parts, dealing with pre-school education in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part outlines the development of pre-school institutions and the external conditions of pre-school education. It describes the status of individual segments that are part of pre-school education. It brings the analysis of curriculum documents, mentions the current situation in the training of pre-school teachers and gives a tendency in this area. Another area is devoted to view of pre-school education in some European countries. Due to the fact that in the research part the thesis deals with headmasters, there is offered a view of the specifics of performing this function. School culture and school management

The topic of this bachelor thesis is culture of school and school management. Goals of this thesis is an analysis of school culture in kindergarten environment, identification of its signs, description of its behaviour and comparsion between opinions of kindergarten teachers and parents. This thesis is split into two parts. The theoretical part is a research of available sources on this topic and it is focused on school culture, its sections, functions, management a comunication. At the end of the thesis I compare opinions of kindergarten teachers and parents, whose children attend at their respective kindergarten. The output is a description of differences between teachers and parents in their opinions and potentional causes of these differences. The method of this research is a survey, which had been sent over the internet to a certain selected people. This survey is focused on facts , how parents and teachers appreciate their school (kindergarten), how they rate it in terms of inovations, relationships between education subjects, propagation and presentation, visual look of the school (kindergarten), the array of available hobby groups and activies for children and parents and so on. Factors influencing pupils' attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle

The diploma thesis deals with attitudes of 2nd grade primary school pupils to a healthy lifestyle. Trying to answer the question Which of the factors offered are the most interesting for this target group and therefore the most motivating? Work and unveiling personal and social lives and their views on human health today. The research tool is a questionnaire on two different and independent schools. It goes through a deeper probe in to the viewer level and at the same time reveals their everyday leisure habits. At the end of the thesis, an alternative offer of educational activities is proposed, which can complement the upcoming offer that is currently being implemented in schools.
