The Evaluation Process of Employees in the Organizational Body of Funded Organizations

The thesis consists of a case study and focuses on the processes of assessment, training and remuneration of employees in the organizational component of a budgetary organization. The introductory part focuses on the opinion of experts on human resources management with emphasis on the areas studied. Special emphasis is placed on the evaluation process, its methods, evaluation criteria, classification, evaluator's personality and the course of evaluator's meeting with the person who is being assessed. We also focused on training and remuneration - processes following the evaluation. Concerning educational issues, we were interested in the opinions of professionals focusing on identifying the needs of training, its planning and results evaluation. Remuneration was viewed as one of the most effective tools to motivate employees in connection with the transfer of assessment to the remuneration. The application part of the thesis introduces in-depth analysis of the current levels of the evaluation process and the processes connected with it - training and remuneration of employees in the selected organization. Competency model as a a tool for systematic training in the student organization

The aim of this thesis is to create a competency model for the jobs of new members of a student organization. The competency model is used to assemble a list of the types of educational activities that should be undertaken by the member in a half year frame after they start working on the new position in the organization. This goal is reflected by the structure of this thesis. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. In the first one, the reader is acquainted with the concepts of competence, employee education, competency model, and management through competencies. The knowledge of these terms and their meaning is crucial for the understanding of the domain of education management. The contents of the second chapter deal with the various methods of development and educational activities, the systematical education and its phases, and the creation of competency model in an organization. The knowledge that is presented in the theoretical part comes originally from the corporate environment. But there it was created to address the same problems that are also faced by educational organizations, and also by organizations in which the education of its members is one of their secondary goals. Acquisition and Development of Students and Graduates in the Concept

The thesis deals with recruitment and development of students and graduates in relation to the talent management concept. It focuses on interpretation of talent concept, development of talent management, its current approach and the importance of talent management to the organization. Attention is paid to methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates, emphasizing the specifics of this group of employees. A qualitative survey is part of this thesis. Two methods of measurement were applied in this research - studying documents (career portals of employers) and conducting interviews with representatives of HR departments of large businesses operating in Prague, focusing on whether and how employers work with students and graduates within their talent management systems, how they understand the concept of talent and which methods of recruitment and development of students and graduates they apply most frequently. Personal risks at director's work in nursery school

The final thesis deals with human resources, which is one of the basic management functions. Knowledge of the basic managerial functions is an important prerequisite for high-quality managerial skills of a kindergarten principal. It is important to point out that the kindergarten management is currently much more responsible for running of the kindergarten than in the past. The thesis involves an analysis of the current status of the selected HR activities - recruitment, adaptation of employees and thier assessment, training and development. It aims to describe the personal risks for a kindergarten principal and it proposes changes for improvement. The main method selected for achieving the set objectives is to survey kindergarten managers. Additional technique is an interview. The first part of this thesis focuses on theoretical knowledge in the field of HR at two different levels - basic ine and one that focuses on education. The second, practical part, analyses the process of selected HR activities,describes possible HR risks and summarizes research problem, including proposed changes for improvement.
Education of Employees in Non-governmental Organizations

As far as my diploma thesis is concerned I deal here with the topic of education of employees in non-governmental organizations. The theoretical part of my work is focused on clarification of often used terms connected with this issue, such as non-governmental organizations, education, qualification and competency, learning organization etc. I address the next part of my work to the system of education in organizations generally and then I search for the particularities of this issue in non-governmental organizations. My work deals with form and system of education of employees in non-governmental organizations, with motivation for education and how the employees themselves perceive the education and vocational development in their non-governmental organizations. To gain data for case study I used the method of qualitative research - method of half-structured interviews which I led with employees and managing employees of non-governmental organizations. The main idea of my work was to understand how the situation on this field look like, what are the trends and progress of education of employees and what news it could bring to civil society or rather to the society in general.

The aim of the thesis was to analyse the current state of the assessment and remuneration system in the organization, which I have chosen and to suggest possible improvements that would increase the efficiency of the system. To achieve that aim, unstructured interviews and internal resources were used, and this has contributed to a unified view on the subject, based on which it was possible to propose given recommendations.
Personality development from competence of manager point of wiev

This master’s thesis is devoted to investigation of the issues connected with the competence and personal development of the employees at manager positions. The thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, the questions connected with competence are detailed. The second part deals with selected problematic of staff-testing and the following part describes the possibilities of personal development and further education of employees. The last part is devoted to the practical application of the theoretical knowledge’s in real working environment. The conclusions in the form of recommended changes are also included in this part.
Personnel Management in an Individual Business Entity

The bachelor thesis is focused on personnel management and its activities in a small enterprise. The thesis is divided into two main parts theoretical frame work and practical part. In the theoretical frame work, several possible terms from the field of personnel management are explained. Personnel activities, which are analysed in the practical part, are described here. At the beginning of the practical part an individual business entity is briefly introduced, including development of its economic activities and the process of employment. Next, it focuses on analysis of personnel management and its activities. In the last part some proposal of changes of personnel management are created.
Nábor a vzdělávání pracovníků v neziskových organizacích

In my thesis "Recruitment and education for fellow workers in non- profit organization" are identified problems with recruitment, for example difficult choice of the most suitable candidate, acquisition financial resources for salaries, high turnover of volunteers, difficult cooperation with media when recruiting. Between proposed solutions belong cooperation with communities, which connect experts who help non-profit organizations for free. I also recommend actively working on PR to change perception of volunteering. The work also includes identifying themes for public to engagement of non-profit orgazations. Most often stated: sense and good feeling, acquisition of experiences, identification with a goal and mission of non-profit organization. On the contrary, as the reasons for noncooperation with non-profit organization it was mentioned low wage assessment, lack of information about options of volunteering and lack of time. In education of non-profit organizations I recommend use more external volunteers from said community and focus on practical teaching with utilizing experiential education. The goal is to improve adoption education of employee and thereby increase his efficiency.

This bachelor thesis deals with The system and management of personnel work in the selected company, evaluation of this analysis and proposing improvement measures for any deficiencies. Theoretical part analyzes opinions of authors about the basic structure of personnel work. In the practical part I first introduce the analysed company and its business activities. At the end of the thesis are improvement measures for some of the personal work.
