School clubs, the work of educators and their role in the education of children

In addition to the characteristics of this institution, the thesis also includes the view of educators on their profession and their role of children education. There are also identified problems, that educators face in their profession. The thesis deals with the concept of street-level bureaucracy and career self-concept.
How does the school management assign teachers to classrooms at selective elementary schools?

The dissertation deals with the topic of how the school management of Czech primary schools assign teachers to classrooms. The aim of the thesis was to define the system of assigning teachers to classrooms at schools applying pupils' differentiation and to clarify which criteria the school management follows in the assignment of teachers to the classrooms. The theoretical part was based on both domestic and foreign sources dealing with the concept of differentiation of pupils in primary education and with the choice of assignment of teachers to classrooms. Differentiation of pupils was presented in terms of the positive effects of effective education of similarly competent pupils and in terms of the view that differentiation supports the unequal distribution of pupils in classes and the subsequent recruitment of teachers applying different demands and curriculum. In addition, a model of pupils' differentiation and models of assignment of teachers to classrooms were presented, and also the theoretical model of teacher's knowledge was introduced, which was further used in the empirical part for the determination of the criteria for assigning teachers to classrooms. Pre-school education and tendence of its development

The thesis deals with the development of pre-school education in the Czech Republic with a focus on the time period of school years 2005/2006 - 2015/2016. This period was chosen because the author's intention was to assess a longer period of time based on data in the CSI Annual Reports. The annual report for the last school year was available at the time of writing. The aim is to identify and evaluate tendencies in pre-school education within a given time frame. The text is divided into several parts, dealing with pre-school education in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part outlines the development of pre-school institutions and the external conditions of pre-school education. It describes the status of individual segments that are part of pre-school education. It brings the analysis of curriculum documents, mentions the current situation in the training of pre-school teachers and gives a tendency in this area. Another area is devoted to view of pre-school education in some European countries. Care in the profession of school psychologist - about himself and from others

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the problem of school psychology. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how the mental hygiene care in the profession of school psychologist looks and to map the factors influencing the given care process. The issue is examined in relation to the stressful situations that are perceived by the psychologists and in the context of the approach and view of the school management on the given issue. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part serves to introduce the topic and mediates insights from the literature on the given topic. It characterizes school psychology as a discipline, describes the specifics of the school psychologist's activities, the content of his work, the clientele and the pitfalls that may arise during its execution. It also deals with the stress and possibilities of psychohygiene in helping professions. Faculty school and its role in teacher training

In the theoretical part of the thesis I am going to focus on the theoretical problems of teaching practice at universities and its role in the preparation of future teachers. In the practical part I will use questionnaires and interviews to seek features of a good faculty school, and try to specify areas that demand more support to faculty schools from the Faculty of Education.
