Teacher professions from the point of view of pupils, parents and of teacher selected primary school

This diploma thesis brings information about the perception of the teaching profession by secondary school students, their parents, and teachers of a selected primary school. The aim of the work is to find out with the help of questionnaires, how pupils and their parents subjectively see and perceive teachers and how the teachers who teach pupils themselves see their profession as a teacher. In the theoretical part, I deal with the historical development of education and the teaching profession in our territory. I also deal with the characteristics of the teaching profession by clarifying the very concept, personality traits, and typology of the teacher's personality. This section also includes chapters on the competence of the teacher, his authority and motivation to choose the teaching profession. In the last part, I deal with the current form of the teaching profession in primary school, the requirements for the profession, and including selected problems of our education. In the practical part, I used a questionnaire survey to evaluate the data obtained by individual respondents among students, parents, and teachers and then I analyzed the data of individual groups of respondents and drew a conclusion. Game as an ed educational tool in an interest education

The bachelor thesis deals with an influence of a game on a personality of a child in a younger pupilage while wrapped up in an interest education, especially enfluence of the game during activities with troubled children with special needs. The goal of thesis is to examine to what extend intentionaly pedagogically lead didacticly selected game can prevent problems that occur in integrating these children into the collective and also can be reduce with the game prove behavior their practicular handicap. It explores different posibilities of integration of the childrens in to our society by choice of sutable games, corresponding with the children age.
Teacher, collegiality and collaboration

The thesis is focused on collaboration, cooperativeness, and mutual communication of teachers that represents one of the key pillars of the successful process of education. The cooperation of teachers is very important in the new conception of the school education program as well as in fulfilling cross-sectional topics and interdisciplinary relationships. The theoretical part describes basic terms, teacher's personality, his (her) roles and profession competencies, authorities and reputation of the teacher. The theoretical part also features information regarding collaboration of teachers in general, typical forms of the collaboration, deals with the role of school in teachers' collaboration. The aim of the empirical part is to map a topic of collaboration and cooperativeness among high school teachers. An additional aim is to analyze whether the cooperativeness and collaboration represents a benefit for high school teachers, and, eventually what might hinder such collaboration. Parents' expectations from the personalities of the contemporary teacher of primary school

The aim of this thesis is a theoretical level summary of the formal and other requirements that are placed on the contemporary teacher of primary school. It covers concepts such as teacher competence, teaching role, various pedagogical knowledge and skills and teacher job requirements. Description of the legislative regulation of the teaching profession is also included. Part of the theoretical work is concerned with other components of teaching such as professional ethics, professional standards, pedagogical tact and personal qualities of the teacher. At the practical level the work deals with real requirements on teachers imposed by parents based on assessed questionnaires to parents of pupils. In the comments on the individual items of the questionnaire, the author relies on the experience of her own teaching practice. The result of both parts of the thesis is a summary of the knowledge, skills and character qualities, which is the teacher supposed have today. .
Teaching as a second career

The thesis deals with the personality of a primary school teacher for which teaching is a second career. The theoretical part is focused on general demands placed on teacher's personality, defines the term 'second career teacher', describes professional development of a teacher, gives potential motivators influencing the choice to become a teacher and also briefly introduces the system of professional training of primary school teachers in Czech Republic and some other European countries. The aim of qualitative survey performed by deep semi- structured discussions with 5 teachers about their live stories was to answer the research question: "What is the second career teacher like?" By means of partial questions the survey has uncovered the reasons that brought those teachers to career change, which benefits and difficulties following their decision they perceived, which gains from previous profession they can use in their new teaching career. Finally, the thesis brings the point of view of the respondents on their studies at pedagogical faculty. Case study of small-class primary school

This diploma thesis deals with education at composite school and its problems. It is a case study at a particular primary school, which is not fully organized. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains three chapters. In the introductory chapter there is described the current conception of Czech education system. This system is related closely to curricular system of education in the Czech Republic. The first chapter is also focused on curricular documents - The Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education and National Programme for the Development of Education in the Czech Republic (White Paper). The second chapter deals with a teacher's personality. The aim is to describe the teacher's role in educational process at primary schools. Concerning teachers, there is also described their profession, characterization of their personality and definition of the teachers' role. The last chapter is concerned with education at composite primary schools and it is aimed especially at the characterization of specific attributes of composite schools education. The second part of the thesis is a practical part and it has qualitative character. The practical part is a detailed prezentation of the case study of a concrete composite school. This part describes pedagogical-educational influence of the school on its pupils. There are also described local teachers, pupils and their parents. There were used different methods for this research - observation, in-depth dialogue and qestionnaire.
Author's reading - study of personality aspects

This Diploma thesis dealing with the author's creation was written in relation to human personality. The goal of the thesis is to determine student's motivation to author's reading. Further goal is a description of student's needs and area of progress of their personality. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part the author describes the author's reading, including self - reflection and psychosomatics condition. Further there is description of human personality generally and also description of teacher's personality with focus on teacher's motivation, personality trait and voluntary characteristics, self - regulation characteristics - self-awareness, self-knowledge, self-assessment, self-criticism, conscience, self-concept and self-concept. Last part of theoretical part is about dynamical characteristics, temperament, performance characteristics and special characteristics. The practical part is basically a qualitative study which is further divided into two parts. The first part is concerned with analysis of semistructured interviews, the second part with analysis of student's self-reflections. Summary and comparison of the research results and author's own case study are at the end of the thesis. Subject of discussion is comparison to results of Bachelor thesis (2015) and results currently research.
