The main issue of this diploma work is the problem of migration and immigrants' position in the czech society. The way out and theoretical background is mainly to define the concept of migration and it's historical concept, the basic approaches to migration and migration theory are also included. Futher aim of this work is presenting the vision of interculturalism and multiculturalism and their effect on society. This entire work is conceived as theoretical-empirical, so it is supplemented by survey research on the situation of migrants in society where is elaborated the area of lifestyle, the working migration, the legislation and the deliquency. The main objective of this work is survey to represent the look of students on the topic of migration and to verify that their opinion is influenced by gender or field of study and whether it applied a different approach to immigrants coming from the EU and third countries. Aplication of multicultural education in day nursery school

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of the application of multicultural education in nursery school through ethnic music. The theoretical part deals with clarifying of basic terms of the multicultural education, it describes personal and interpersonal development of the personality of a child in a pre-school age and possibilities of the development of the cooperation in a child group. it is also focused on the importance of music during accepting of differences of children and people. The practical part analysis statistic information of questionnairies for teachers in nursery schools. It also tries to find out the actors which influence the application of multicultural education in nursery schools in Moravian-Silesian region. It also introduces the pedagogical project focused on the possibility of the use of ethnic music for development of cooperation and accepting the differences by children.
Integration of foreigners in the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis Integration of Foreigners in the Czech Republic deals with the social integration of immigrants into Czech society with respect to structural, cultural, interactive and identifying dimensions. These are the crucial factors influencing their stay in the Czech Rebublic. The empirical part concerns perception of Czech reality through the eyes of selected foreigners from different countries living in the Czech Republic. Their findings are collected by qualitative research. During the interview, they provided detailed information about their stay in the Czech Republic and thus revealed issues which they deal with in the host country. It came out that a significant aspect of integration is not only the similarity of cultures but also foreigners' subjective feeling of integration.

I have called the work Multicultural Education pet ring ceramics (advanced). The goal is to introduce children of Interest Advanced ceramic ring formation and evolution of the world's continents, through awareness and understanding of culture and life of different nations, with the influence of the environment, society and the welfare of ceramic production in different regions on Earth. Final output will consist of two days of firing zakuřované ceramics exhibition of the Academy of the House of children and young people, participation of children in ceramic products for the contest organized by the DDM and SVC Regional Office.
Integration of Muslims in Great Britain in the background of the ,failure of multiculturalism'

This Bachelor thesis discusses the relationship between the integration of Muslim immigrants in Great Britain and alleged ,failure of multiculturalism', of which British prime minister talks about on the occasion of his speech in 2011. The thesis is a case study and it focuses on the analysis of the integration policy of Great Britain, especially aimed on the case of Muslim immigrants. The term 'failure of multiculturalism' results from the proposition that the failure of the integration of Muslims associated with the British model of integration. This proposition is based on David Cameron's speech on radicalization of islamic extremism, presented at the security conference in Munich in 2011. The aim of this work is to confirm or disprove the proposition by using analysis of three chosen indicators of success of integration - mobility in the labour market, political participation and official application of Sharia law in Great Britain. The analysis shows that the failure of Muslim integration cannot be fully confirmed. One reason is the fact that it is necessary to distinguish three areas affected by integration - on socio-economic, civic-political and cultural level. This bachelory thesis is research of theme about "Construction of European identity by European Union documents". Thesis focus with theory of constructivism on construction of European identity by European Union documents, according to studying of theme and literature research. The main aim of this thesis is to find answer on research question "How European Union constructs European identity by its documents?" Firstly, thesis defines the formalization of identity in relationship with existence of European Union and its functioning. Afterwards is ilustrativly described process of European integration, due to close connection with European documents. After that come defining of, and content analyses of selected documents of European Union and foregoing organisations. During content analysis were used indicators "principle/principles/values", "identity", "European identity". Finnal part is situated as wide consideration about new facts, which describe how European Union and foregoing organisations construct European identity, and about reflexion this new facts against the selected researches. Pursuant to this consideration is definitely answered research question.
Immigration and City: Integration Policies in Berlin and Vienna 1971-2011

The doctoral thesis compares and interprets the development of local integration policies of (West) Berlin and Vienna in 1971-2011 on the background of the transformation of Germany and Austria from ethnically homogenous to multicultural countries. Both metropolises first balanced between refusing the permanent integration of immigrants ("temporary integration") and selection of foreigners suitable for integration, later searched for a balance between the traditional concept of assimilation and the more modern multicultural approach; in the last decade they favoured the diversity policy, in more or less close connection to the concept of interculturalism. Although both cities represent essentially similar cases, this development was not straightforward and simultaneous, especially in the first phase before the migration crisis at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s. The research study focuses mainly on two questions: why the development of local integration policy in West Berlin started significantly earlier than in Vienna and why both cities started to support diversity policy at the beginning of the new century.
