Podpora prodeje podniků působících na trhu s pleťovou kosmetikou

The diploma thesis deals with the support of sales of companies operating in the skin care cosmetics market. The aim of the work is to find out which sales support tools most influence the behavior of respondents when buying skin care products. The literature review defines the concepts of what sales promotion, consumer behavior and cosmetics are. The work also examines the cosmetics market, its development in recent years and identifies the factors that influence consumers when buying these products. Marketing research techniques, quantitative and qualitative research, were used to process this work. The result of the work is the identification of sales support tools influencing the shopping behavior in the selection of skin care cosmetics and the design of marketing recommendations for stakeholders operating in this market.
Analýza marketingových nástrojů ve fotbalovém klubu FC Zbrojovka Brno, a.s.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out how supporters of club FC Zbrojovka Brno and fans of football evaluate marketing tools of this club which are currently used for marketing purposes. The thesis analyzes the current marketing strategy of the club in the season 2018/2019, when the club operates in the second highest competition in the Czech Republic. Marketing mix 4P was used to analyze and understand the club's current marketing strategy. For the research was created questionnaire survey to determine the fans' opinion. The questionnaire was used in electronic form, access to this questionnaire was through a hyperlink. This hypertext link was sent to selected people by the author of this work. Author of the work had demonstrable information that respondents are fans of the FC Zbrojovka Brno or they are fans of sports in general and football in particular. According to the research results, respondents rated the use of the club's marketing tools on average to below average, but some of the selected marketing tools were rated the interviewees particularly positively. For example, event marketing is well set by the club and has good potential for years to come. Concurrently, it was found out that the club's sports results have a big impact on the perception of the club's marketing.
Marketing Tools Strengthening Competitiveness

This thesis focuses on marketing tools, strengthening the competitiveness of Tesco Stores ČR a. s. with orienting primarily on marketing communication. The theoretical part is based on the explanation of the terms competition, competitive advantage, competitiveness, compared with the competition, and describes the different marketing tools. Second analytical section describes specific company, there is an analysis of the customer using a questionnaire, as well as comparisons with competitors and communications mix of companies. The last section is devoted to proposals to improve the competitiveness of the company.
Risks in Marketing Communication Management in a Selected Company

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risks in the area of marketing communication of the company Auto Com s.r.o. The thesis is divided into several parts, the first one is the theoretical part, the second one is focused on solving the current state. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of marketing and also explains the concept of risks. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the company and the resulting risks from individual analyzes, which could threaten the company. In the last part of the proposal, possible changes in the solution for improving marketing communication, thein financial evaluation and the timetable of implementation are proposed.

The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the optimization and the designof the e-shop communication mix. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The firts one is dedicated to the theoretical knowledge of the area od marketing, the second one contains basic data and analysis performed. In the third chapter, the improvement of the existing communication mix of the company is suggested, based on the theoretical knowledge and subsequent analysis of the problems and the actual condition. It includes the suggestion of the new promotional methods which will lead to a better communication with the public and the consequent increase of the number of the customers.
Marketing Plan Proposal for the Servis Feňo Company

The thesis is focused on developing a marketing strategy proposal and creating a set of specific recommendations for the company Servis Feňo, which provides service in the field of electric water heating. To identification of a company current state, it has been used a marketing situational analysis, i.e. evaluation external and internal factors, which results in a summary SWOT analysis. On the basis of weak spots detected, this particular measures were proposed; to define mission, vision and targets of a company, to create a client database, to redesign and improve corporate identity, dress code, revision of the current websites and other instruments of online communication such as SEO and PPC advertisement. Realisation of these particular marketing strategy proposes should lead to acquisition of new clients, retaining of current ones and strengthening competitiveness of the company.
