Proposal of Communication System in Company

Master´s thesis analyses modern methods of communication in company management. The objective is to discover out the crucial defects of this issue and to outline possible solutions which would improve the weaknesses – of internal communication. The master´s thesis consists of three parts: The theoretical part is concerned about communicational instruments which have been used by the operational company ČEPRO, a.s. The analytical part describes implementation of communicational instruments in the company. (external communication, internal communication, crisis communication and communication during the new product implementation) The proposal part recommends appropriate elements for efficient communication within the current communication system in the company.
DYNAMIC BIOMETRIC SIGNATURE AS AN EFFICIENT TOOL FOR INTERNAL CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

The aim of this thesis is to provide comprehensive information on the possibilities of authentication, combination of authentication factors and the integration of this issue into corporate communication. The work focuses on this issue and specifies the possibilities for obtaining authentication information, analyses the authentication methods, identification and authorization. It examines the applicability of biometric technologies, the principle of their functionality, examples of their use, their impact, the advantages and disadvantages they bring. A natural, easy-to-use, convenient tool for effective and secure communication is authentication including the dynamic biometric signature. The issues of the dynamic biometric signature technology and its implementation are examined from a comprehensive perspective involving experiments. The research proved that the dynamic biometric signature can serve as a method for supporting secure corporate communication and reduce authentication risks in companies and for individuals.
Module for Electronic Communication with the Czech Tax Administration

Bachelor thesis "Module for Electronic Communication with the Czech Tax Administration" has aim at the creation of module for electronic communication with the Czech Tax Administration (CTA) and implementation of one pilot electronic declaration of taxes for this office. It deals with legislation and methods used for declaring tax. It analyzes the used technologies: XML, methods of creation of digital signatures, signed certificate, certificate authority and HTTPS communication. Next, it describes procedure of layout, implementation of module for communication with CTA and problems solved during the implementation.

The thesis is based on theoretical knowledge of marketing, which is used for the company description in the practical part of the work. Based on the existing information a proposal of communication strategy for this company is suggested.
Banks and their electronic communication with their clients

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of banks with focus on electronic banking. The thesis has two part - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part of this thesis characterizes the banking system in the Czech Republic, defines the term bank, characterizes its functions and selected banking products and also briefly describes the history of banks and money. Attention is being paid especially to the means of electronic communication between banks and their clients. The thesis then defines the term electronic banking, characterizes different means of electronic banking (cards, phone banking, homebanking, internetbanking and smartbanking), shortly describes their history, their advantages, the risks resulting from this type of communication and possible solutions for preventing these risks. In the theoretical part, I used mainly the descriptive method and the method of analysis. The practical part of this thesis compares the electronic means of communication (namely internetbanking and smartbanking) used by three prominent Czech banks - Česká spořitelna, Českoslovanská národní banka (ČSOB) and Fio banka. Psychological background of usage of English phrases acronyms in schools

The thesis talks about psychological aspects of English phrases acronym usage among adolescent students of primary and secondary schools. It looks at which acronyms adolescents use, how they understand, use and perceive them and finally what are the specifics of vulgar acronym use. The theoretical part introduces the term acronym and sets it into a broader context of language and specifically e-language. It further talks about adolescence and specifics of adolescent communication. As acronyms that adolescents use the most come from electronic communication, it is also given a fair amount of attention. The empiric part offers research results of a survey consisting of two questionnaires. The results show that due to electronic communication adolescents abbreviate language intensively. The most popular way of abbreviating are acronyms. They use only limited number of selected acronyms though. Adolescents use acronyms exclusively among themselves. They expect rejection from adults. Even though almost all of them use acronyms, not all perceive them positively. Vulgar acronyms are used often and are not perceived as as strong as their unabbreviated versions. Current issues of consumer protection in electronic communication

Consumer protection is an issue affecting a very broad group of citizens of the European Union. EU reflects customer protection in all its policies. I have focused on electronic communication because of my work experience in that field. In my thesis I am trying to compare my experience with valid legislation. In addition, electronic communication services are used by European consumers every day widespread through society. I have tried to follow the development of EU legislation in electronic communication sector focusing on consumer protection. This topic is very closely connected with price regulation and the whole situation on the electronic communication market. My goal is to define main problems of legislation by using case law and my knowledge from practice. In the first chapter of my thesis, I focus on general consumer protection in EU, which is applicable to all contracts concluded by consumers (unfair terms, contracts negotiated away from business premises etc.). I am pointing out issues I encountered in practice. I also compare implementation of EU legislation by EU member states. The main subject of this Diploma Thesis is a description of psychological aspects of staying in foreign culture with focus on interpersonal and group processes and their influence and importance for the stay in foreign culture. Central theme of interpersonal relationships and social networks formation is discussed in terms of stay in foreign culture with regards to new forms of electronic communication and its characteristics. This Diploma Thesis focuses on social networks formation and its process and dynamics in electronic communication environment in contrast to real environment. Furthermore, it applies to interpersonal relationship changes, maintaining original far-distant relationships and formation new ones through electronic communication when being in foreign culture. This thesis deals with the complex characteristics of communication that occurred on the webpages of the discount servers during Fall 2011 - Spring 2012 capturing specific combination of both, professional and word-of-mouth, advertising styles. Advertising texts produced by the advertising agent could be described as informative and persuasive with entertaining elements of gameplay and humor. Informative function is being realized by means of professional style (e.g. using words of foreign origin) associated with seriousness and literary expression, and by means of preparing different forms of advertising texts and publicity on the Internet. Realization of persuasive function happens through informal and direct communication using salutations, imperatives, emoticons, slang and domesticized terminology of foreign origin, and through presence of Czech spoken speech in these texts. Dialogue between agents and customers occurs in corresponding internet forums that is certain mixture of correct and neutral opinion on one hand and manipulative, exaggerated, emotional and often ungrammatical expressions on the other hand. Moreover, the names of these discount servers are formed in terms of word formation (e.g. Slevomat, Slevopolis, Vykupto, Zapakatel, Nebeslev, Mydeals, etc.) describing their motivation....
