Seniors activation and primary school children´s social skills development throught joint activities.
VRBOVÁ, Barbora
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to prepare, realize and evaluate joint activities of children and seniors, where group of seniors would cooperate with group of elementary school children in intergeneration cooperation. Throughout these activities comes activation of clients on one side and developing social competences and gaining new knowledge skills and experiences within lower school aged kids on the other side. By creating an appropriate evaluation of joint activities, it was concluded how the groups worked and what was the benefit of their meetings. I have created specific program which suits both targeted groups, based on studying professional literature and my own experiences and knowledge. Common activities were divided into four events, each for 2 hours in the morning, and realized in the home for seniors Máj. This program was subsequently evaluated by a self-evaluation technique, by a reflection of joint program and by feedback from programme participants using surveys. Evaluating our joint activities, I have found out, that our goal was fulfilled and its realisation made sense. This bachelor thesis can serve not only professionals in pedagogical facilities and social services, but can also answer some questions for students or those interested in these problematics. It is important, that issue of intergeneration cooperation gets to wider public and that facilities could participate on these activities and seek for cooperation between children and seniors in the future, because I see importance and sense in these activities which are needed to support.

This paper points out to ambiguous relationship between the government CR and The government's National Economic Council (NERV). The reason for such defined relationship was indefinite establishment of NERV as an advisory body in 2009; Government political instability and lack of government on socio-economic recommendations during the boom period. The members of NERV were one of the best experts in the field of economics, finance, banking etc. providing the advisory services voluntarily. The Council was working in two phases, the first phase (2009) during the Topolánek's reign and the second one (2010 - 2013) during the Nečas's reign. In case of the Topolánek's reign NERV was not statutorily established and its task was to find the solutions for the Czech Republic at the beginning of the economic recession. In case of the Nečas's reign, The Council was appointed by the government resolution. During the second phase of NERV, there was prepared a document for the Czech competitiveness strategy. This paper offers more detailed description of NERV in terms of the four selected comparable advisory bodies, as well as the analysis of the interviews with former members and assistants from NERV in connection with the analysis of government documents and materials.
