Pilgrims way to Hájek. Its origins, development and decline in the mirror of sources from the 17th-19th century
Pařízková, Kateřina ; Zdichynec, Jan (referee) ; Hojda, Zdeněk (advisor)
The baroque pilgrimage way from Prague to Hájek originated between the year 1720-1733. Of the total of 20 chapels only 11 were preserved to these days. The primary route of the pilgrimage way was gradually abolished and now is on several places iterrupted. By several of demolished chapels today is not possible to determine their original location. In Hájek (the name comes from the newly planted forrest near the village Červený Újezd) in the year 1623 Jindřich Žďárský of Žďár built the chapel, inspired by the chapel in Loreto in Italy. Lately the Franziskaner monastery was founded there. In 1720 the foundation stone of the pilgrimage way was laied. The chapels have been built and lately preserved, using the financial means of the donators. The budget as well as the bills for the building works have been kept in the archive. The chapels have been decorated by frescos, showing the lives of Virgin Marie and Saint Francis. The appearance of the paintings has not been preserved, only their description. The chapels begun to deteriorate at the end of 18th century, at the time when the Emperor Josef II. abolished the fund for their renovation. The pilgrimage has been used by pilgrims in times of the main Maria's feasts above all. Most of pilgrims hasn't been using only the way from Prague, but also the ways from...

Morphologic issues of proper nouns in Slovene language (in comparison with Czech language)
Samková, Helena ; Honzak-Jahić, Jasna (advisor) ; Šurla, Andrej (referee)
This work tries to describe the dec1ination system of proper nouns in Slovene and Czech, compare them and answer the question of their similarity - whether they are so similar to be able to influe each other and help each other with problematic questions, how much they are similar, or, on contrary, whether they are so different that there is necessary to seek other resources. One chapter is dedicated to seeking of frequency chosen doublets in the national corpuses (the Slovenian one called FidaPLUS and Czech National Corpus). The work focuses to the proper nouns only from the modem languages.

Suicidal behaviour and its develompent in Czech population (the epidemiology of suicidal behaviour)
Bláha, Pavel ; Niederlová, Markéta (referee) ; Kebza, Vladimír (advisor)
The thesis "Suicidal Behaviour and its Development in Czech Population (The Epidemiology of Suicidal Behaviour)" deals with psychological aspects of suicide and suicidal behaviour. The theoretical part summarises information about suicides, defines basic terms, philosophical and psychological background and epidemiology of suicidal behaviour. This part not only further describes forms, ways, motivation and process of suicidal behaviour but it also features risk factors, diagnostics possibilities and therapeutic approaches to suicidal behaviour. The conclusion of the theoretical part tackles the theme of suicidal behaviour prevention. The empirical part of the thesis gives an account of the conducted research. The research aimed at revealing links between higher suicidal risk detected by FBS - Suicide Risk Evaluation Questionnaire and Rotter's I-E Scale, along with Freiburg Personality Inventory. The sample data comprised of 100 secondary school students in their final year of study in Prague and České Budějovice. The results of the research confirmed a link between higher suicidal risk and female sex, along with bad family relationships, Rotter's I-E Scale and some dimensions of Freiburg Personality Inventory.

Effect of administration of drugs from the group of statins on the atherogenic process / / in an experimental model of atherosclerosis.
Koutníková, Jitka ; Nachtigal, Petr (advisor) ; Trejtnar, František (referee)
The effects statins administration on atherogenic process in the experimental model of atherosclerosis. Mgr. Jitka Koutníková The aim of this rigorous work was to detect and quantify the changes of endothelial expression of VCAM - 1 (the marker of endothelial dysfunction) and endoglin (the marker of angiogenesis) in vessel wall of apoE deficient mice. Endoglin is a part of the receptor complex of the transformation growing factor beta (TGF - beta). Statins are the most considerable substances for the treatment of hyperlipidemia and blood - vessel complications (atherosclerosis). Statins decrease levels of LDL cholesterol and also of triglycerides. Moreover, pleiotropic effects take important part in statin's benefit: the decrease of activity of inflammatory and prothrombotic processes. We used apoE deficient mice as the model of atherosclerosis, fed by standard laboratory diet. We analyzed the levels of total cholesterol in blood and we observed expression of VCAM - 1 and endoglin in aortic sinus and part of aortic arch in all mice. Total cholesterol concentrations were assessed enzymatically by conventional diagnostic methods and spectrophotometric analyses. To display VCAM-1 and endoglin expression in aortic sinus and part of aortic arch we used imunohistochemical methods and for quantification of VCAM-1...

Evaluation of production characteristics of sheep breeds merinolandschaf
KRÁLOVÁ, Lucie
Evaluation of production characteristics of sheep breeds merinolandschaf were compared with results of performance tests of the reference density to the national results. The results of the performance tests can indicate that the percentage of fertilization in animals was monitored until 2007, the average fertilization throughout the Czech Republic and since 2008 the percentage of fertilization on the contrary decreased. Fertility percentage over the period from year to year increases. In 2006 the fertility rate was 121,5 % in 2010 it was already150,8 %. The average for the period was 137,7 %. Average intensity (the ratio of the number of lambs born to ewes in the number of reproduction) between the years 2006 to 2010 it was 121,6 %. Raising the reference breed merinolandschaf was on average 105,84 % in a five-year period. From the control performance arises that the weakest year for rearing was the year 2009 with only 77,1 %. Shearing of the wool at the reference density in 2007 was 3,49 kg and in 2008 - 3,7 kg. The diference between the weight of the wool was 1,31 kg in 2007 and in 2008 it was only 0,3 kg in favor of the nationwide results. On average, each year in the replacement of the years 2006 - 2010 Paseky included in breeding ewes 73,8 ewes, were pregnant was 64,4 pc and 9,2 pc reactive. In 2006 it was achieved the best results by the number of lambs weaned (zero deaths). On the other hand, in 2009 there was a large number of sheep deaths (25 dead lambs). On average per year was reared during the reporting period, five lambs of 76,4 and 81,8 live births lambs overall average of 89 lambs. The weight of lambs at birth followed a five-year period was on average 3,44 kg in 100 days and 22.15 kg. From the results obtained from performance tests from 2006 - 2010 arises that the combined merinolandschaf breed is suitable for possible use as a maternal race in the production of slaughter lambs.

The Basis of Environmental Psychology for Outdoor Education (The Influence of Nature on Mental and Social Well-Being)
VRBOVÁ, Zuzana
The work deals with theoretical research of basis of Environmental Psychology for Outdoor Education. It answers two questions ? why in the conceptions of Outdoor Education is nature the preferred environment and what are the benefits of nature for physical, mental and social health. The answers to theses questions are in the work described through theories of environmental preference and restorative effects of nature. There are three major sections of the work. The first part discusses the basis, principles and contents of Environmental Psychology and Outdoor Education, the core terminology of the work, and the nodal points of Environmental Psyhcology and the theory of Outdoor Education. Second part describes those theories and concepts of Environmental Psychology which are related to the primary and subsidiary research questions. The third part evaluates the impacts and relevance of environmental-psychological knowledge on concepts of Outdoor Education.

Circulation of views: from the renaissance spectator to the male viewer in feminist film theory

Study of Factors Influencing the Development of "Water Bloom" in the Water Reservoir Seč
Forczek, Sándor ; Holík, Josef ; Rederer, L. ; Koza, V.
In this work, we monitored several parameters that influence the development of algal bloom on the\nwater reservoir Sec. Primarily climatic conditions belong to the monitored parameters that influence\nthe population dynamics of algae (air temperature and rainfall, incident light), temperature\nstratification of water, concentration of oxygen, concentrations of total phosphorus, phosphate,\nvarious forms of nitrogen and organic substances, turbidity and also diversity and frequency of\nphytoplankton and zooplankton species. Between 2012 and 2014 have not occurred massive algal\nblooms in the summer months, however the measured physical, chemical and biological data, can be\nused to assess the development of algal population. The population dynamic factors influencing algal\ngrowth must be understand to be able to predict formation and to attempt suppression of algal\nblooms.

Factors affecting unemployment in selected groups in region Ústí nad Labem
Pešek, Václav ; Maitah, Mansoor (advisor) ; Anna, Anna (referee)
This thesis examines the factors that affect unemployment in the Usti region in selected groups. The document is divided into two main parts, the theoretical part and analytical part. The issue of unemployment is one of the most essential macroeconomic indicators of each country, therefore require closer observation and analysis. The theoretical part (theoretical background) is theoretically and generally focused on unemployment as such. There is further characterized by the concept of unemployment and theoretically explain all aspects that bind to this issue (the types and causes of unemployment, consequences and impacts, the unemployment rate and the method of measurement, labor supply and demand, labor market and human capital). The practical part of this work (analytical part) deals with the detailed analysis of certain factors that affect the overall unemployment rate in the Usti region in pre-selected populations. It is therefore a finding of dependency between certain factors and the overall unemployment rate in terms of both quantitative statistical survey data and qualitative theory, the author of this work.

Physical and astronomical discussions
Oupický, Pavel
Paper is oriented on the problem parts of physic and astronomy .\nLast year I tried a few considerations about the physical astronomical problems (the FAU I.) in which I did not have a clear or vice versa, I think that they clearly have .. in anything but I'm not too sure, especially with some of the problems was clear to me that some of my comments may be next as they say .. and it was one of the motivations that led me to this sequel .. something i will continue here, something correct and perhaps in between appear as something new and interesting. This time I am going to deal with the following areas of concern of physics and astronomy.
