New media as a tool of commercial communication in the field of PR

The diploma thesis applies new media into the public relations field. First part of the thesis is dedicated to the concept of PR and it is allocating it in the frame of marketing and commercial communication. It also defines special PR channels of communication and PR tools. Second text presents new trends in marketing. It describes three important kinds of new media, which are digital marketing, viral marketing and special tactic of marketing called guerilla marketing. It brings up the importance of internet and on-line technics too. Third part shows the outline procedure of PR process. And it shortly mentions the main characteristics of PR manager. It is also a pattern for the practical part, which is considered a case study made up for company mBank. The target group is described as a studenty community. And the strategy uses a special new media and tactis to influence this target group. Pratical part is completed with a research, which was supposes to find out the possition opinion about advertisment and channels of communication. The PR campagne was also based on this research and it impeached a general research, which was about the public possition and estmation of advertisement in Czech republic.

The Conception of the Service Physical Preparation of the Czech Police staff

Aims of work: A primary aim of this work is finding and description of present state of service physical preparation conception of policemen in a Regional Head Office police. Another aim is to summarize and introduce some methodical recommendation for its implementation depending on enforcement of policeman's activity and on contemporary legal regulations of service physical preparation of policemen. To make easier an access to the information in this area due to this step and to propound a relatively brief and trustful source for responsible police officials. They could realize from this source of information an overview about this questions and apply the realized findings while planning and realizing a service physical preparation. Method: This work is specialized on accumulation and analysis of all accessible documents in first, theoretical part. These documents refer to realization of service physical preparation at Czech National Police, subsequently on policeman's activities analysis of Regional Head Office of Czech National Police. Philosophical Motifs in Czech Reflexive Lyrics of 1930's

Resume Diploma thesis Philosophical Motifs in Czech Reflexive Lyrics of 1930's. This discourse attempts to embrace philosophically the leading motifs (silence, death, time) in Czech reflexive poetry on the break of 1920's and 1930's as well as earliy thirties. It interprets the motif of silence as the silence of ens in the poems by Vladimir Holan.This silence reveals itself as ens of totality of being, as the silence of god, as the silent stimulus to writing poetry stemming from the difference between a thing and world ("Seyn"), as the silence concealingly revealing "Lichtung" - field of all appearing being. The silence is comprised in an exprience of anxiety where ens interprets oneself without being. The motif of death is philosophically analysed from the verses by Frantisek Halas. This analysis is focused on the relationship between the death, purpose of one's life and authentic existence arising from understanding of 'ens to death' as its very own alternative. The third part of the thesis is dedicated to philosophical interpretation of time in the poems by losef Hora. The time is qualitative, not quantitative. Slezak, J. Factors influencing the maize market in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: MENDELU in Brno, 2013. This diploma thesis deals with econometrical modelling of the maize market in the Czech Republic. It includes regression equations of supply, demand and price of maize in the Czech Republic, which are interpreted and compared with the results of foreign studies. The thesis is supplemented with an analysis of the development of global, European and domestic markets for the period from 1992 to 2012. The ordinary least squares method was used to estimate the models.

Protection of personal data in the course of rendering health care

Health care services is an area, in which is, with regard to specific nature of processed information, needed to pay special attention to personal data protection of patients. Act that used to regulate this kind of relations for more than 40 years was the Act on Care and Health of Nation. Taking into consideration its historic time of origin and paternalistic theory, on which it was based upon, and despite passage of Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine meaning significant deviation from up to now paternalistic theory, this Act was not able stand under the Czech republic international obligations, principles of democratic legal state and last but not least rapid technological progress,. Therefore it was replaced by Medical Services Act, which is in full compliance with approach that sees relation between physician and patient as equal. One of cornerstones in area of personal data protection in health care services is concept of rule of secrecy, to which is obliged mainly provider of health care, but also other persons stated in the Act. The conception of geography fieldwork on example of České Budějovice and its surroundings

This thesis deals with the problem of geography fieldwork at Czech schools. Its main aim is to suggest a concept of fieldwork for secondary schools in České Budějovice, which could also be used for other schools. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first one, which is focused on theory, basic terms are defined according to the analysis of literature. Aims of education as well as benefits, problems and aims related to geography fieldwork and its concept in current education documents are also discussed there. In the second part, principles of the creation of tasks for fieldwork in České Budějovice with its surroundings and appropriate methods of their evaluation are specified. On the basis of geographical characteristics of the region, appropriate aims of education and localities are chosen for the geographical topics taught at schools. Municipality and district like constituent of public administration reform

Thesis with title " Municipality and region like component of public administration reform" deal with transformation of municipal and regional local government in framework of public administration reform, which run in Czech republic since the year 1998. But it has been prepared since the origin of discrete Czech republic in the year 1993. Thesis deals also with history of public administration since the year 1848. We can see there a description of public administration in term of " First republic and Protectorate" and also in term when political power was takeover by communist party in year 1948. This event had for a long time impact on a form of Czech and Czechoslovak public administration, especially with establishing socalled public committee like the widest organization of labour and authority of state power and administration in regions, districts and municipalities. Key Ideas of Franz Pöggeler's Andragogical Concept

This bachelor thesis deals with the key andragogical ideas of Franz Pöggeler. Pöggeler was an important German adult educator in the second half of the 20th century and he is considered to be one of the founders of andragogy as an independent scientific discipline. The thesis is primarily based on Pöggeler's major andragogical work, Erwachsenenbildung: Einführung in die Andragogik (Adult Education: Introduction to Andragogy), which was published in 1974. The aim of the thesis is to interpret and organise Pöggeler's key andragogical ideas and to provide an integrated view of his andragogical concept in the context of his era. The thesis also includes a critical assessment of Pöggeler's andragogical ideas. Declension in textbooks of Czech for foreigners - intended for methodology of instruction of Czech as second language

The thesi s intends to contribute to the methodology of teaching of Czech as a foreign language, name1y to focus on the way dec1ension is presented in textbooks of Czech for Foreigners. The first chapter of the paper outlines the main aspects of -- - ---- Didactics of second language acquisition, particularly main methodical" theories, curriculum, its goals and implementation in the courses, psychological basis of second language teaching and learning and, finally, the linguistic sources. The second chapter examines the current situation of Czech for foreigners, its needs and demands. The main emphasis is put on the textbooks analysis ~specially methods of dec1ension presentation. For the analysis I use 6 examples of textbooks which are either the most commonly used in the Czech Republic and Germany, or bring a specific approach to the dec1ension subject. The core of the paper is based on comparison of the horizontal and vertical structuring of dec1ension presentation in the examined textbooks and my suggestion of a possible altemative to both of the mentioned concepts. By using the advantages of both of them I try to create a compromise between them to make dec1ension teaching and learning more effective and attractive for both teachers and leamers.
