Influence of the job position on the way of eating and the possibilities of educating employees in the selected region

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of catering of employees, three selected workplaces, with regard to the job position, the way of meals and also the possible health problems related to the performance of their work. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out whether there is an influence of the working environment on employees' meals, as well as how eating habits reflect their health status during working hours. The theoretical part deals with health issues, the Health 2020 program and also with procedures to protect and prevent disease. The practical part analyzes and evaluates the data obtained through the questionnaire survey among the three selected workplaces. It is clear from the questionnaire survey that the position affects not only the way of eating, but also the possible health problems. Bullying in the Intensive Care Units

Bullying in the intensive care units. The main mission of this thesis is to describe an issue called mobbing. The primary target is to get information about rate of bullying in the intensive care units in south Bohemia, especially in Prachatice and Strakonice city and to know how many percent of employees / paramedics of the intensive care units were already touched by bullying. This kind of information we got by anonymous questionnaires, set up from 23 questions with open and closed form. In theoretical part I deal with actual status, explaining term of mobbing, bossing, causes of bullying, characteristic of the participants, bullying in the health service in the Czech republic. In the conclusion I show prevention and tolerance of mobbing and bossing. In practical part I point on assesment of hypothesis and evaluation of the target of my thesis. I suppose that the chicane show up in small measure on the workplace of the intensive care units. From my point of view I think that women working in the intensive care units are getting in a touch of bullying much more than men. In this part I want to show a methodology of research, parameter of complex and evaluation of research. In conclusion I get back to evaluation of research and starting a discussion. Comparison of teacher motivation in public and private high school

The bachelor thesis is focused on problems of teacher motivation in education. The subject of this thesis is to analyse methods of motivation, stimulation and possibilities of the teacher's professional growth. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of motivation, motivational systems, motivational process and elements as well as specific pedagogy employee motivation, interpersonal relationships in the workplace and evaluation and appreciation of teachers. The practical part of the thesis, based on interviews and questionnaires, concentrates on motivation instruments in chosen institutions and their practical usage. Finally the thesis compares the results of a public and private high school. The aim of this thesis is to analyse motivational instruments used in chosen educational institutions, analyse their efficiency, compare and reveal the departure in the usage of motivation in a public and private high school. The major research findings are that the pedagogues think their profession is a mission and they are influenced by their intrinsic motivation. The teachers rate the workplace and communication with the principal positively. They see a big problem in insufficient financial evaluation and a few possibilities of professional growth.

The subject of this thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the work environment ( job satisfaction ) in connection with motivation and stimulation in the selected company. The intention of the thesis is to analyze the company, to point out the importance of optimal motivation in connection with an appropriate working environment to identify potential weaknesses and propose solutions for efficient use of the human potential. In the theoretical level, based on studied professional literature, it defines the basic concepts and standards related to motivation and work environment. The following practical part presents the results of an analysis of the work environment in connection with motivation and stimulation in a specific organization based in the Czech Republic.

This thesis focuses on the development of approaches to stimulate employees at company Vodovody a kanalizace Kromeriz,a.s. It analyzes the system of employee motivation in the company and compares the set assumptions with reality. It contains proposals that support not only employee satisfaction, but also improve communication and relationships in the workplace. The proposals can also lead to improved opportunities of personal developmentand greater employee motivation.

This bachelor thesis is focused on job satisfaction of problematic employee types covered by anti-discrimination law. The theoretical part is divided into several chapters where basic concepts such as work or satisfaction are explained and discussed. Furthermore, there are factors affecting job satisfaction and the method of its determination. At the beginning of the practical part the objective of the thesis and the way in which the information was collected is described. Job satisfaction survey was conducted in January 2014 at the company Aquazona and was attended by a total of 12 employees. Information about job satisfaction was obtained primarily through structured interviews with employees. Based on the results of the survey input the hypothesis in the practical part was specified. Furthermore, it was also found on which areas the company should focus on to increase job satisfaction of their employees. In these areas, relevant measures were pro-posed.

An output of the thesis is to help selected companies in a practical solution of revealed problems.

Cílem práce je popsat celou záležitost, proniknout k jádru problému, odhalit příčiny a pochybení jednotlivých aktérú a objasnit důvody mobberova postupu. V závěru jsou též navržena určitá opatření.
